Evening of day 4

[Chloe made it about half an hour, sitting in her new Mexican dorm room, messing with the laptop she had just bought, before the quiet and worrying about Max and just feeling like a complete shit for leaving finally got to her and she went off in search of other people.]

[Which was what brought her to the outside of the room the clones sisters were staying in, hesitating for a moment before she knocked on the door.]

[She looked like shit and she felt like shit and after her insistent declarations two whole days ago that she was going to stay for the seminar no matter what, she was basically expecting this to go terribly. Oops.]

[Cosima might have been joking when she called Mexico Sarah's favorite vacation destination, but she seems to have taken the name to heart. Once they've settled into their apartment (their very small apartment, Cosima puts into action her let's make the best of this terrible situation plan. They could all use a vacation, right?

She can be found one afternoon, sprawled out in the middle of the living room floor surrounded by travel books, brochures, and a map. She's laying on her stomach, paging through a travel book, tabbing possible excursion contenders with post-it notes. Anyone who wanders too close (and she's kind of hard to avoid) will likely be roped into helping.]

[George is used to close quarters. He's never lived with less than two other people, and has slept everywhere from bathtubs to counters. However, staying cooped up with two identical clones of his girlfriend is a different story altogether, and he's spending a lot of time poring over the medical journals he brought along.

Late Saturday night, he's sitting at the tiny kitchen table with a beer and a journal open to "Metabolic consequences of the occlusion of the main pancreatic duct with acrylic glue after pancreaticoduodenectomy". A thrilling read, no doubt. He gives a little wave to anyone who comes in the kitchen.]

[ The last time Sarah was in Mexico, she didn't have a great time. Understatement of the century. But this is different. They're in an apartment, they're not being forced to wear the same sweaty uniforms day after day, and they're not being tested by the military—all of these things, plus the fact that the after-effects from her electroshock "therapy" seem to have dissipated completely, have Sarah in a much better mood than she had in the states.

Besides, the weather is nice. On this day in particular she decides she's tired of being cooped up inside and heads out of the apartment complex to explore, maybe grab some food or drink. Anyone she passes by on her way outside, she nudges with a shoulder. ]
