WHAT: The four Porter Cities have been targeted with simultaneous high-security prison breaks (either within city bounds, or just outside of them), letting loose 417 violent criminals overall. You may find criminal profiles or make your own HERE, but please note making a profile isn't necessary; you can make someone up and use it as you see fit!

WHAT: ImPorts attend The Perestroika Seminar to receive mandatory training and brainwashing. Need a quick recap? WHAT: Kidnapped imPorts have their powers turned on as LACKEY is rendered defunct, and take control of their own fate! In the meantime, their rescue crew is hot on their tail, ready to free them from their underwater prison.
