[OOC: This is the event log for the Blackout event! Feel free to use this log for your threads or make your own. Key timing items:

1) Complete blackout starting midnight on the 14th; no working Network, Electricity, or Cell Towers for the first 48 hours.
2) The porters between cities will be back up and functioning within 24 hours.
3) Midnight of the 17th the Network and Cell Towers will come back up.
4) A second log will be posted specifically for the prison break and the extremely dangerous 417!

[ Damian Wayne does not exit the Cape Canaveral facility so much as he is, with great difficulty, scruffed and forcibly expelled by security, with a clean-up crew called in his wake.

The secondary trip over to Maurtia Falls is strained, with his escort taking desperate care to look at everywhere but his face. The introduction to his assigned housing is as brief as the information packet he was given, and when she removes the restraints it's with a quick, hasty step back, a fast farewell, and a reminder to attend the Swear-In Ceremony in a week's time.

School. An internship. Housing. His gear, folded neatly away into the duffel bag at his side. Even something of the powers he briefly had upon resurrection. They've given him everything.

[Anybody who is friends with SEES, especially with Ken or Minato, has a chance of having had this event mentioned to them. Details about how they got here aside, today SEES and friends are gathering under the cherry blossoms and having a picnic! The reason? For those who know, it's a promise made by SEES before their last battle back home, but for those who don't, if they ask they'll just get a shrug and a smile and a "it's Japanese tradition." Come enjoy!

Thanks to Jaime hitting up Cass there are lots and lots of food. And dango! Exactly how much? Enough. There's tea, water, and juice to go around, too! Somebody probably brought along a box of Apples to Apples (Ken has a box), foam footballs, and plastic frisbees for both man and dog.
