Approaching either the Heropa Convention Center or its new, secondary location, the nearby historic Hotel Veronica, imPorts will run into throngs of fans with lines snaking around the block, all waiting to see that wonderful sign which reads:

The sun is up, spirits are high, and that means it’s high time for a high tide Swear-In as imPorts find themselves whisked off to a gorgeous stretch of beach, the sand powdery and soft and the water bright blue underneath the Florida sun! While most ordinary people would be content with doing little more than splashing in the water and catching some rays (though don’t forget to apply plenty of sunscreen; your Mama wasn’t joking when she told you to apply it every day!), the organizers of the Swear-In realize that ImPorts aren’t ordinary people and require a bit more excitement.

Welcome to the AtlanTech Expo 2020! It's an impressive week-long celebration of technology recently developed by the giant conglomerate and its partners, taking place in Heropa, Florida. It is made even more impressive by the fact that ImPorts are going to appear on the final day for their Swear-In.

A spiraling new skyscraper has just completed construction in De Chima and, to celebrate, the owners and several of the businesses renting space in the modern wonder have elected to host this month’s swear-in on the top couple floors. ( Come and join the shindig )

WHAT: imPorts are treated to a Swear-In that’s nothing but a weekend of relaxation at a brand new resort and spa!

It’s been a long few months, hasn’t it imPorts? Between the invading monsters (yikes!), evading the apocalypse (double yikes!) and then some fear toxin on behalf of your good pal Joker (triple yikes!), imPorts are overdue for a vacation. And wouldn’t you know it? One is coming right up.

Oh, yeah. It’s a Hot Springs Episode. ( There's something in the water...oh, it's just you. )

WHAT: Carl trying to run the business he's just inherited since Mickey's port-out. Turns out responsibility sucks?! And so does trying to adjust to things again after spending a fairly stressful summer vacation back home.
WARNINGS: Canon typical mentions/references to violence, drugs/arms dealing, drug addiction, and abusive relationships possible; anything else, will ETA as necessary!

WHAT: Mike takes El places she's never been: first the beach and then the movies. And also there are foulmouth boys in the adjacent theater arcade.
WARNINGS: Cuteness abounds, but crude and strong language ahoy, more than likely.

[ It's not often that Eddie gets to be the leader, in any situation. In their friend group he mostly hangs back and makes quips while Bill runs the show and Richie runs his mouth. The fact that he's been here for a few months already means he knows the most about this world, though, and so he's feeling a little bit smug that he gets to be the one to introduce Richie to all the cool shit the future has to offer. He's riding in circles around Richie on his new, cool bike as they walk towards downtown Heropa from the imPort housing. ]

… So they have these phones, like these cell phones? They look normal, but when you call someone it shows up as a hologram. And you can get a record player that connects to this thing called the Internet. And it can play music from anywhere. You don't need to have a cassette or a CD or anything.
