Less than twenty four hours ago, he kidnapped Gregor Vorbarra by pretending to be Miles. [Under Aral's guard, no less.] And was delivered to an imPort claiming the name of Lucifer as a part of a running feud between ourselves and him. This was likely an engineered attack as well.

[ Because this could have been avoided. It's still on her that she did go straight to wrecking half the damn house, but. Avoided. It could have been. ]

Captain Kirk, if you would. [He pulls his communicator out of his pocket, and with a few quick taps, has Cordelia's number. There's only one word, a simple "Clear." He engages the safety and holsters his own stunner...

Though makes no such request of Jim and Spock to follow likewise.

We had given warning to key officers and people before this incident, and just sent a message mobilizing within the Dendarii. We had not anticipated this action, and I will apologize to the Lady myself.

One thing we agree on.

[Sure they gotta be trained in diplomacy and politics at Starfleet to be in the command track but that doesn't mean Jim likes it.

Jim's right hand at his side clenches into a fist, one finger pointed downwards as he collects his energy there--his stunning ability ready to go in case he needs it. His left hand waves away the bubble, leaving Hawke out in the open...but Jim is ready to erect a barrier at a second's notice. Anyone with destructive powers like that, he's going to be careful around.]

[Aral weathers the incredulity without blinking. The same with the sass from the former prisoner. Instead, he's merely watching her carefully.]

I am particularly interested in how he was subdued the last time you had dealt with Lucifer.

Now there's the problem. We couldn't. He was working through agents that time as well, in which he didn't do anything more than allow a few dangerous artifacts out of sight, so there wasn't anything anyone could pin on him.

From what I am to understand, the justice system regarding imPorts is ... lacking.

That's one way of putting it. I've done more time for picking a fight with a bunch of paid off cop cronies than he ever has.

I doubt we'd have issues with evidence on this particular issue. Direct threats were issued, and at this point, we've witnesses.

Then I would say you'll be the lucky ones with a case against him, but this really isn't lucky for anyone, is it? [ Not a damn soul. ] But no. That isn't a spell I have. I lean more towards walking force of nature, where tracking is pretty... delicate.
