[There's a soft thud-like noise as Komasan begins to press his face against the door at this point.]

[There's a sliding sound against the door as Komasan presses his back against it and sits down. If he can guard a shrine by sitting still and doing absolutely nothing for over 300 years, then he can pep talk a guy by his door for however long it takes.

He can be patient.]
