[ LET'S GET THIS PARTY OFFICIALLY STARTED! Opening events so we don't do too much comm flooding (although people are welcome to make their own posts for the event). You're welcome to toplevel with your character if you'd like to have them show up somewhere else for this plot.

Ah, yeah. Everything in my room was way too big. [ he seems a little puzzled by that prospect. As far as he knows, this is normal for him. ] I hope you don't mind.

No, please help yourself. [He's wearing borrowed clothes himself. It's not like any of them could help it.]

Were you okay?

I fell down a few times, but I made it back here okay.

[ he reaches over to pat Koro on the head ]

You got bigger and Koro got smaller.

[orangehoodie]

[He blinks and glances over his housemate quickly. Is he hurt? Does he need Band-aids? He's not going to pull out his Evoker and heal over a few scrapes; the gun might freak him out, too.]

Yeah. We were surprised, too. I'm glad you seem to remember everything, though.

Not everything. It's kinda fuzzy.

I remember being here, kinda. I remember you. I don't remember studying magic, but I kinda remember some spells.

[ he frowns a little ] I'm only ten. I don't start my studies for two more years.

[ but then he turns to Ken, eyes bright and grin wide ] But I made the remote walk across the table! I did it all on my own!

[Is this person looking for praise??? He sucks at praise. It doesn't matter how big his body gets. He only knows how to praise Koromaru.]

You did? That sounds great! It might be easier to reach things, then, huh?

[animated]

I didn't think of that.

[ he glances up at some of the taller fixtures in the living room, looking like a whole new world has opened up for him ]

Now I don't have to wait until I get tall!

[ please don't tell him he never gets tall ]

[Not to worry, Charlie. Even if you don't get that tall you're still taller than Ken usually so he registers Charlie as pretty tall. At least taller.]

Yeah. [He feels you on that excitement. Other than having trouble with distances, he's enjoying the height itself.] Oh, but if you're going to grab at anything really heavy, please ask someone like Miss Emma or Mr Bull instead of using magic. If you're not used to it yet, I don't want you accidentally dropping it on yourself. If you think it'll hurt if it hits you, don't.

Oh. So I shouldn't try to move the TV then?

[ jokes! ]

No. You can't move anything that's more than half your weight.

Aww. You're no fun.

I'm sure you'll thank me later.

Are you hungry, by the way? I can cook something simple if you want.

Oh, yes please. I think I missed lunch.

Uh. I dunno. What can you make?

Erm... pancakes from a box?

Really? [ he looks so happy about this you have no idea ] I've never been allowed to have breakfast for dinner before!

Huh? Oh, yeah. But it'll be better than not being able to eat anything.

I'm excited. Do you want any help?

How good are you at mixing? You can use magic for that.

[animated]

[ why, Ken, he looks almost offended ] I can stir just fine with my hands.

[orangehoodie]

[Shit did he mess up]

No, I mean. I thought you might have fun using magic.....?

I don't wanna use magic for everything. That would be silly.

[orangehoodie]

Ah... right. Sorry.

[He sighs.] Okay. Let's go to the kitchen. You can let Koromaru on the floor as long as Mr Bull isn't home to step on him.

[ and he hops down off of the couch and tries to pick Koro up to carry him into the kitchen ]
