[ LET'S GET THIS PARTY OFFICIALLY STARTED! Opening events so we don't do too much comm flooding (although people are welcome to make their own posts for the event). You're welcome to toplevel with your character if you'd like to have them show up somewhere else for this plot.

[More like it's the trashiest thing and why would some guy be wearing it. Have some fashion sense. Kiddie decoder rings went out with cereal box prizes.]

Yeah, I get that a lot. [Which makes her all the more annoyed because "Kara" is the name that Power Girl used when they first met and she's pretty sure she knows exactly who that name belongs to.] Let's cut this off at the pass and just say I'm not whichever blonde girl you think I look like and I'm sorry your head was in the way of my shoe.

Did someone else say something or was it because of your clothes that you threw it in the first place?

[He's not looking, but it's kind of obvious that what she's wearing was meant for a more bustier person.]

[She gives a huff.] It wasn't intentional. My clothes don't fit anymore and the shoe came off.

[She's lucky that she was wearing normal clothes, except that her pants are sliding down her hips and her shirt may as well be a tent. But her usual outfits would have been showing off way more than she is right now.]

I'm not supposed to look like this.

I kind of guessed that. [Hardly the most eloquent response, but he's trying to be careful here which makes for stilted conversation.]

Let me guess, you're supposed to have gone through puberty already?

I should have boobs. [It comes out kind of fast but she's just upset enough about looking like a petite little teen that she doesn't even care.]

Now I look like a wood plank. Whoever did this is going to regret it.

[If Hal hadn't already guessed an alternate universe Kryptonian already, this would have confirmed it. He's hung out with enough speedsters to recognise when they're not as careful about slowing their speech and from his experience Kryptonians could nearly match them.]

It might be a little hard to figure that out. Do you know how it happened?

I was walking and suddenly my shoes didn't fit anymore. Or the rest of my clothes. [Speaking of...she looks him up and down momentarily because she does not recognize him at all, but] You don't look like you got hit by whatever it was, but I'm not the only one.

[There are quite a few people in the area wearing clothes like they stole they from someone else.]

I doubt this is some grand plan to kill us, but someone did something. Anyone got a list of all the mad scientists in the city?
