[ LET'S GET THIS PARTY OFFICIALLY STARTED! Opening events so we don't do too much comm flooding (although people are welcome to make their own posts for the event). You're welcome to toplevel with your character if you'd like to have them show up somewhere else for this plot.

[ Sweet holy Jesus. Has Iron Bull always been this huge? Charlie remembers him being taller than him, but he's really huge.

He stares for half a second before wrinkling his nose, doing his level best to look offended. ]

[He blinks, tilting his head at the kid. No, not familiar. He hasn't seen him around this place before. Not one of Ken's friends...]

It's me. [ like that should explain everything ] Charlie.

[ he wrinkles his nose ] You always say such bad words.

More what? [ asked with pure, childlike innocence ]

Nothing. Forget it. Where's your... [Not Tamassran, Bull, keep it together.] ... babysitter?

[animated]

I'm ten years old! I don't need a babysitter anymore.

[ a beat ] Hey, can I ride on your shoulders?

[rideme]

Uh huh. Sure... ten.

[Is that how it works with humans? But then he quirks an eyebrow... before chuckling.]

You think you can handle it, kid?

[animated]

[ That's how it works if you're Charlie ]

Of course I can!

I mean, as long as I don't smack my head on the ceiling.

[rideme]

Like I'd let a kid bash their head on the ceiling. That's for assholes.

[So he holds down a hand. Climb up, Charlie.]

[animated]

[ OMG SO COOL. He grabs a hold of Bull's hand (soooo biiig), and half-climbs, half lets Bull hoist him up onto his shoulder ]

[And Bull holds pretty still while the kid climbs. He doesn't weigh nearly as much as his harness and gear, after all. This is nothing. And when the small one is all settled up there, he heads back on his way.]

How's the weather up there?

[animated]

[ he's got a hold of Bull's horns, like the handlebars on a bicycle, and he is laughing up a storm ]

I'm so tall!

[rideme]

Damn right. How's the weather up there?

[Why yes, the Iron Bull is going to play along with this. Just don't mind him while he grabs a beer as Charlie steers his horns around.]

[ THOUGHTFUL PAUSE ]

Not much different, really.

Damn. That's too bad. I was hoping there was snow up there, or something.
