[ LET'S GET THIS PARTY OFFICIALLY STARTED! Opening events so we don't do too much comm flooding (although people are welcome to make their own posts for the event). You're welcome to toplevel with your character if you'd like to have them show up somewhere else for this plot.

[ Hiro steps out of the way. It's still kind of a mess in here, especially in the kitchen with all the broken dishes. ]

Uh - second door on your right - but I can tell you right now what happened.

[bombshelled]

[ She heads for the bathroom, but stops at the door to the kitchen to stare. ] Holy shit, your kitchen looks like when I was first testing out my powers. But worse.

What happened, then? [ Still heading for that mirror. ]

That's 'cause we made a copy of one of those Hornet generator things and made it broadcast something else. It kinda busted all a bunch of stuff in the house when it went off.

[ And just as she gets to a mirror and sees herself: ]

I think it's messing with people's ages.

[bombshelled]

[ Staring slackjawed at her reflection. Then leaning in and pulling at her cheek. ] Holy fuck, I'm fourteen. Again.

[ This is exactly how she looked when she and her mom started stealing. Minus the tacky costume, of course. ]

Yeeeep. And I'm, like, twenty. And Tadashi's fourteen, and one of our roommates looks like he's eight and ...

But we were all in the house when it happened - where the heck were you?

[bombshelled]

[ She turns back to Hiro, again tugging her shirt back up. ] There's this fair a few blocks away. It's free with a donation. Good cause, thought I'd check it out.

[ Oh. Oh. He'd seen flyers for that fair, had even considered going. But he'd gotten his dates mixed up and assumed it was happening tomorrow ... That's probably bad. Really, really bad. ]

-- How many ImPorts were there? A bunch? Crap, probably a bunch ...

Yeah, a whole bunch and a half. [ A deep sigh, and some rubbing of the forehead. ] Hiro, this is bad. Do you know how to fix it?

Yes, but - it's gonna take weeks!

Then you better get your ass started.

[ Normally, this is where she would playfully shove him or ruffle his hair, but she's way too short and he's way too tall. Damnit. ]
