[Kaneda's hand reaches over, taking the remainder of the fruit that was inedible out of his hand and going to throw it out. No warning or anything, but then again, Kaneda's at the point where he feels he doesn't need to.]

Maybe I could use some fresh air.

[A smile.]

You wanna go for a walk, wan-chan?

[He's quiet as Kaneda stands up to toss the remainder of the fruit out. Quirking an eyebrow, Inuyasha begins to rise up from his position on the counter.]

[He isn't sure if the offhanded suggestion was worth a smile in return, but..]

Where do you want to go?

[Kaneda's already in the living room, digging through his bunch of Christmas gifts he never got to put away in his room with Maya living in there, pulling out the scarf Max had given him.]

To the arcade and back?

[It's said distantly as he returns, bouncing the cloth in his palms. At first he was going to put it on, but during the few seconds from grabbing it to returning to the kitchen, he walks over and tosses it around Inuyasha's neck.]
