Well, it almost killed us... and quite a few people in Heropa. I suppose they generally leave how utterly terrifying rabid dragons are out of the stories.

[But ah, that pizza smells good.]

I did end up getting a sword and some armor out of the fight, though.

[At length, he transfers the pizza to a plate and slides it at her.]

No shit? Now I'm even more jealous. [Then his expression... folds on itself for a moment. Before he forces it away, going back to the fridge.]

Sorry. There were three- I kept one for myself, gave another to a friend, and gave the last one to my commander.

The entire mess with Pan was just- exhausting. In every sense of the word.

Well, I got to stab him. And stick his feet to the ground.

He never shut up though. You could lock him up in an empty room and he'd probably keep talking about how powerful and clever he is and how it's all just part of his plan.

[Sabriel looks down. Talking about Pan leaves a sour taste in her mouth.] Next time I meet him in person, I'll put a silencing spell on him. Or maybe just use a gag.

[Bull props his elbows up on the table. Hands folded under his chin.]

Gags are more cathartic. But if you do it wrong, they'll find a way around it. With the tongue, usually.

He wants to rile everyone up. Get them emotional. Less rational. Best thing you can do is tell him he sounds like he's reading from a bad action novel.

He got huffy and hung up on me when I did that.

That, or reminding him that in time, absolutely everything dies. That got a reaction out of him. [Although what he'd said afterwards had been... unsettling.]
