[Tetsuo stands where he is, squinting a little to read it on the small screen. He knows when something's translated; there's no weird spacing, the sentences flow correctly, it looks right in a way he can't quite describe. This isn't. It'd be legible if it wasn't on the comm.

It could have been made by someone like him, who's stuck in America. But...]

[She pulls the thing back down and starts clicking around, getting him the link and copy-pasting. She doesn't have much a question about why he needs it-- she figures it's to read it himself.]

You just use a card, and then the site charges you with the number on it.

[He almost reaches out for the card by staring at it. Reality never gets easier to bear; it's just one more painful reminder of what he USED to be, once.]

Oookay. So, it says if you have your money in an account, the card... When you scan it at a store or use the card number on a website, that number sends a signal for the bank to send the money from your account to the account of the place you're buying from.

Huh.

[She didn't really know that.]

So it's like a cell phone number for your money!
