INDIGO DOOR
Opening this door results in a chaotic battlefield. Chunks of concrete and glass float through the air against a backdrop of gorgeous, alien colors; they hurt the eye to look at and the brain to try and process properly. Multiple people in brightly colored armor whiz through the air - and the gravity is strange in here, so that the smallest step threatens to send you careening upwards. Something icy glitters far, far above, embedded in a chunk of concrete nearest the whirling void. ]

He almost get sucked up into the void when he swings himself up into it, having to hold on tightly to the door. The loss of gravity, he wasn't prepared for. At least not initially.]
This place is...
[He doesn't recognize it. He has no idea where this is. But he catches sight of the glittering -- ice, again -- and wastes no time asking questions he doesn't have the answers to anyway. With jaw set, he kicks again and his body shoots up, up, up, twisting around and avoiding those armored figures just in case until he catches the edge of the concrete and pulls himself on.]

When Ken makes that last jump, the concrete crumbles under him, threatening to send him directly into the void. It would be gorgeous, of course, but perhaps not that safe to get stuck in... There's a cry of alarm to his right as well. Hiro in sleek, indigo armor piloting a much larger (and redder) figure. ]
Ken? What are you doing?
no subject
He looks up when he hears the choice. Of course he recognizes it. He heard it just a few minutes (hours?) ago. It's his first time seeing Hiro in armor, but he knows about the superheroing so he's not exactly surprised, either.]
I'm trying to stay on, at the moment. What is this place?
no subject
[ He scoots over on the robot and offers his hand to Ken. ]
I dunno. I guess it's just a place between worlds? This is what's on the other side of the portal.
no subject
In between worlds... there was a portal in your world, too?
no subject
Krei built it. And then Callaghan used it to try and destroy Krei.

[Ken presses his hands against Baymax's armor, holding on for what feels like dear life. The room is, honestly, beautiful, unlike anything he's ever seen before. But it also seems to go on forever, and once he gets lost, he'll probably never make it back out. Why is this room a part of Hiro's mind? What's so significant here? And what can he do about that shard?]
no subject
[ He gestures to the swirling void above them. They're approaching that shard now, just about close enough to reach out for it.... ]
no subject
Hiro... this time, I'm going to help -- we're all going to, okay?
no subject
[ Just as they get close enough to touch ... Baymax's begin to putter and stall. Hiro hurriedly directs them a little lower, back away from the shard.. ]
-- Wait. If you go, you might not be able to come back.
no subject
But we can't leave that alone. I won't know unless I try.
no subject
I don't want to lose you. You - you might not come back out at all.

Hiro never actually told Tadashi what the other side of the portal Krei made looked like. But if he had to guess? This is what he'd imagine. He shifts his gravity to move out of the way of one dashing figure while he gets his bearings, kicks off a piece of concrete to avoid one coming towards him.
Despite seeing people freely moving around, he can't seem to figure out who they are.]
Hello?
no subject
Whoa! Civilian!
no subject
The smaller figure he can guess, but the larger one's shape is all wrong to be what he thinks. Or maybe it isn't.]
...Hiro?
no subject
No secret identities on a mission, jeez. Either get on or get somewhere safe.
no subject
What is this place?
no subject
Dunno. I guess it's a space between worlds.
no subject
It's beautiful.
[But M'gann had said to stay focused, and he'd already gotten distracted enough times.]
But I think there's somewhere important in here. Have you seen anything that shouldn't belong?
no subject
[ He gestures at - well, everything. All the rubble, all the junk. ]
Dude, this is where everything ends up. We take care of all of it.

I guess there's something ... But it's been here way longer than a month. Try twice that long.
no subject
[He looks back out into the void, trying to guess what direction it'd be. But it's impossible in this place.]
Can you take me to it?
no subject
[ Hiro and Baymax change direction then, arcing towards a tiny sliver of concrete near the void. As they approach, something tugs at them - he has trouble keeping control over Baymax's flight pattern. But they're close now, almost enough to reach out and touch that ice shard stuck up there... ]
H-hold on really tight...
