• I’ve been thinking about stopping letting psychoactive meds be a blind spot for me in the Star Wars universe, and re: Cas in particular, for a while. Didn't mean to bring my laptop into the city today solely to write this on the train and post it from Au Bon Pain, but dammit, that's what taking a shower in the morning (where ideas spring whether you have time to write or not) gets you.

WHERE: A random alley in De Chima, the Rebel House, anywhere else!
WHEN: December 1st and later
WHAT: Jyn, having only been brought back to life thanks to the Porter (which she'd been instrumental in helping to bring down), and because I love suffering, is now "dead" in-game. She will be "dead" until January 1.
WARNINGS: The usual Star Wars nonsense. Will update with specifics as needed.

[Jyn had told Cassian about the plan with Lachesis telepathically, the night before it was set to take place. It wasn't that she didn't trust the others, of course - if anyone, they were the only people she'd ever trusted in her life - but she feared what could be done with the information had the wrong person overheard. So while they laid in bed, surrounded only by the pale moonlight and the steady rhythm of their slowed breathing, she'd told him of the plan. She didn't go heavy on the details, but she gave enough for him to know where she'd be, should anything go wrong.

And, of course, it did go wrong. So much of it went terribly, horribly wrong.

The next day, she left early in the morning to go for a walk to clear her mind before the mission began. It would've been the last anyone would have seen of her, aside from those who were with her near the Porter.

It didn't happen right away, like a glitch in a Data Pad. But for the hour or so after the Porter shut down, she'd been feeling .. off. Uneasy, ill. Like she wasn't quite herself. More and more as time wore on, pieces of herself would leave - memories, recognition, speech, thought - until she eventually, after having ducked into a side alley in De Chima, simply ceased to exist all together.

She won't be on the network, no matter how hard anyone tries to locate her. She won't seem to exist at all. The only trace of her will be the communicator, still abandoned in the alley where she'd apparently disappeared, next to the kyber crystal necklace she'd been wearing around her neck.]

WHERE: Archie & Reggie's apartment in Heropa.
WHEN: Thanksgiving.
WHAT: Betty wants to host and cook Friendsgiving for the group and their friends; Reggie thinks Pranksgiving and football is more party appropriate. Poor Archie is caught somewhere in the middle. And guests have their pick of things to do!
WARNINGS: Some underage drinking probable; will ETA as necessary, and please mark threads for content as applicable! Children are invited to this one, so make sure to keep any lewd behavior behind closed doors.

*Unlike their standard parties, since this one includes a dinner they won't be hosting an open invite this time around, but rather keeping it to select close/regular CR (contacted ICly or OOCly). However, any invited character may take liberal advantage of inviting as many people as they'd like as "plus ones," no prior CR with Archie/Reggie/Betty necessary!
