[ A grin, and he stretched his neck back and forth. ]

Sure. Now go easy on me, when I say rusty, I do mean rusty.

Did you want to... grapple, or...

Actually I was thinking that we could start with stretches and a few light cardio exercises.

['Grapple' seemed like such a vulgar term.]

Then we can carry on from there.

As you can tell, I'm not even used to that much.

[ Despite. You know, what is obviously a well-cut body.

He may work out, but it's all for you know, aestetic reasons, and not actually for any other reason than that. ]

Okay, so cardio. At least that I can do.

[ She hasn't really looked at his body because well, she isn't interested. ]

Excellent. I think we should begin with some marching on the spot before doing some jumping jacks.

[ And Peggy starts to march, swinging her arms as she goes. Let's see if he can keep up with her. ]

[ He looks a little... surprised? Confused? What happened to running? That he can do, he doesn't look like an idiot if he goes running...unless he's wearing a Forbes cutoff.

But hey. He'll join in.

Slowly. And self consciously. ]

Right, so. Marching on the spot. Can do.

[ And thankfully, he has the endurance to go for a while. Thanks nanoviruses! ]

[ Running was an option of course, but Peggy decides that the marching and jumping jacks should be enough to get things started. ]

Excellent. Just the attitude I like.

[ As long as he didn't give her any lip while they were doing it, everything would be fine. ]

[ And he does, following along. He can at least keep up with this. The trouble will be the fighting. ]
