[ She didn't mean to startle her, so she takes a few steps back to give the girl some space. The metal pillar hovers above her head, steady in her superpowered grip. The way she handles it she may as well be carrying a pillow in her hands instead of something that weighs hundreds of pounds. ]

Are you sure? There's a lot of heavy objects that might fall around here. You can ask one of the workers for a helmet.

[ And Princess is just looking up at Peej with AWE. Because what the heck, she can't lift something that big. She's so strong and so confident and just lifted that pillar like it was nothing and Princess just isn't paying ANY attention to Peej's words because she's so cool ]

Can you teach me to be as strong as you are?

[ Peej knows that look. She isn't particularly fazed by it when it's an expression she sees multiple times a day no matter what universe she's currently in. It's Hime's spontaneous question that catches her off guard. ]

Teach me to be strong like you! I'm a superhero also but I'm nowhere near as strong as you are and I wanna get better! [ said with a face that's just 'pleeeeease?' ]

[ She looks between Hime and the beam above her head, grabbing a hold with both hands when she lifts herself into the air. A few feet above Hime's head she says: ]

Wait one second.

[ Peej isn't out of sight for long; she gets one of the workers to point out where they want the beam and she carefully places it into a truck parked not too far from them. Then she zips back to Hime's side, dusting off her hands. ]

Uhh... anyway....

[ Her fingers trail into her hair, idly scratching her scalp. ]

I don't think I can teach you how to carry beams and the like. If it's not in your ability, it doesn't work like that.

[ to her credit, Hime doesn't fly off after Peej like a lost little puppy. Instead, she stays where she is, pretty much bouncing on her feet like...well, like a lost little puppy.

When Peej flies back, Hime can't help but look like she's gonna suddenly understand everything about how to be stronger...but then wait, that's not helpful. ]

I can do it somewhat. I've got a bit of superstrength myself.

[ Her hands settle against her hips. The kid's earnest, but this is a strange request she isn't entirely sure how to respond to. There's only so much she can show her, after all. ]

How much can you lift?

Dunno. I've never really tested my upper limits. [ that....is not reassuring ] Still, no time like the present!

[ The look she's giving her is making Peej feel bad. She winces slightly. ]

The blue wind dancing in the sky, Cure Princess! [ and she STRIKES A POSE...which lasts for a moment before she returns back to normal and oh my gosh she said she could teach her, this is just a great day to be Hime. ]

Well, I...kind of accidentally made my ID have my superhero name as well as my civilian identity. [ A+ JOB, CHILD. ]

But in my defense, I don't know how to work anything like this! So you can look me up but you've gotta call me Cure Princess when I'm like this.

[ She makes the zipping motion across her lips. ]

This is where I really wish imPorts had some kind of facility dedicated to their training, buuuut we can make-do with somewhere.

Back home, we just used the beach, [ said with a shrug ] I'm used to making-do.

The beaches here might have too many people still to let us do anything in peace.

There's a junkyard I sometimes use.

Well, it is one of the few places I'm not worried about someone spying... or getting hurt in the process.

[ Plus everything is already broken! So no concerns over property damage. ]

Considering how nosy some locals can be when it comes to us, I do value privacy every now and then.

[ Also getting blackmailed by a little boy back home makes you just a bit careful. ]

That makes sense. We never really had that problem back home, but I can see how some people might be a little...uh, intrusive.

Plus if you're going to be lifting any weights, you'll need your undivided attention.
