The Pandora, a luxury hotel in the heart of downtown Maurtia Falls, is lit up for tonight's event, with purple and orange mood lighting beginning in the lobby and setting a tone that continues through to a foyer with private elevator. Before you can get on the elevator to go up to the party, though, there's the matter of dress code. Luckily, if you didn't come in costume, Skinthetic Technologies is here to help!

Standing in the middle of the room are several large, walk-in closet-sized machines manned by Skinthetic representatives to help explain the process. Step into the "COS-TOMB", as it is so spookily labeled, strip down (leaving your street clothes in a bag for coat check!) and let the machine 3D print your costume around you in seconds. Preset designs of classic costumes are available, but the more adventurous can design their own with the intuitive software… or at least, mostly intuitive. This is a demo showing, after all, and there may still be a few bugs here or there to cause a wardrobe malfunction! Maybe double check that everything printed in all the right places, just in case.

Once properly costumed, head up in the elevator to the top floor and step out into the Gallery Lounge. The minimalist furniture is cast in eerie tones by the same mood lighting, and the floor to ceiling windows give breathtaking views all across the city. Outside on a large balcony is the hotel's rooftop bar, complete with outdoor heating to keep off the chill of the brisk October night air. Both the lounge and bar are staffed with beautiful servers and attendants (many of whom may be recognizable to patrons of the Iron Throne nightclub) in costumes that look to be made up mostly of body paint. Shimmering gold and deep black makes up bold geometric patterns and shapes drawn across faces, bodies, and hair as they serve gourmet food and drink, as well as companionship.

At the far end of the lounge, a stage is set up looking down over a dance floor, and a house band is playing covers of bands like Lucie and the Selkies, The Plague, and Never Essence. On that same stage, at the height of the evening, the charity kiss auction begins. Sign-ups are at several tables around the lounge, along with information on the programs that the proceeds of the auction will expand at the Endeavor Center. Come donate your dignity, see how much your smooches are worth, or sign your friends up behind their backs! The winner of each auction gets an on-stage kiss and a photo the romantic moment.

And as the clock strikes midnight, fireworks boom to life over the canal, crackling embers shifting colors and reflecting along the water below. The party will continue into the early hours of the morning, and suites in the hotel have been reserved for any imPorts who don't feel like "drinking and Porting" to get back to their home cities.

[ Someone's gotta start this party. He's got a 3D printed costume exoskeleton, too. At least the mandibles come off when the mask does.... ]

[ Okay sure why not! Bodhi is dressed as a vampire, complete with round blue tinted glasses and slightly ill fitted 3D printed fangs (that probably wont be all that comfortable for kissing). ]

[ Because of course he'd sign up. Dressed as Freddie Mercury, Reggie is currently still single and therefore happy to mingle-- you know, since it's for a good cause and everything. Obviously it's his duty. Bear in mind that he is 16 though, even if he personally has nothing against bidders of any age! ]

( For any ladies who would prefer the company of another lady, Clarisse is your gal, and she's made that fact explicitly clear. She's dressed as Joan Jett and looks intensely like she might fight any potentially problematic dudes who want to try to bid on her as a joke (spoiler: she will). Good luck! )

[This furry princess sits atop a satin pillow, the Deputy Ambassador of our hearts. She's wearing a small, scented flower behind one ear and is just downright gosh darn amazing, ain't she? Bidding starts off at 1k, but her imploring eyes look at you and tell you that she's worth every cent.]

[ Kanan is not single and not ready to mingle, but he does run the Endeavor Center, which makes him feel somewhat obligated to show up and participate in anything that involves fundraising for it.

The 3D printer gave him some sort of "sexy lumberjack" costume, complete with suspenders and a red flannel shirt that's open almost all the way down his front, revealing his chest. Enjoy?

Oh, and he's not accepting bids from anyone under 18, sorry kids. ]

[ After being auctioned off to some lucky (adult) person, Kanan has mostly buttoned up his shirt at least, and he may even be nursing a drink with actual alcohol in it. Though it's just the one.

He's not really here for fun - this isn't exactly his idea of it, these days. He's here mostly to solicit donations and volunteers for the Endeavor Center, to chat it up to people with fat wallets, to talk about all the great things they're doing here in Maurtia Falls, to help the kids. He is very enthusiastic about the work he's doing, and the kids he's helping. He's a little less enthusiastic about the current company, for the most part. ]

Oh, yeah, we're working on getting more programs up and running - we just need the funding for them. If you'd like to help, we always accept donations, of any size...

Being well aware that his usual attire of velvet and brocade can easily pass for a costume, Eccarius gives the 'COS-TOMB' a pass, making his way directly to the Gallery Lounge and rooftop bar. Once there, he'll obtain a glass of wine from which he only sips occasionally, engaging in polite conversation with anyone nearby (provided the volume level of the music will allow it), and making a few bids at the charity kiss auction when that starts.

By the time the fireworks begin however, he's fairly tipsy, lightweight that he is in that respect. But at least he doesn't look as though he's going to throw up. Yet.

When that does eventually happen, he'll have the presence of mind to shape-shift first into an adorable black kitten, because those are still cute even when they're barfing.

[ Momo will not accept bids from anyone over the age of 18. Everyone who can't bid on Kanan, come bid on her! ]

[ There's no need for the COS-TOMB for Momo and friends, as she's created her witch-girl costume from scratch, along with a matching wizard-boy version for Midoriya and wise-warlock costume for All Might. She's still not used to her teacher being here, and in such a different state than she's used to seeing him, but she'll make the most of it and show him what this version of America has to offer.

She's also here in support of the Endeavor Center, and to learn more about what they do there, so she is eager to talk to anyone who knows more about that. She has a million questions.

She enters herself in the kissing auction, since it's for a good cause. For the rest of the night she'll just be hanging out, mingling with the crowd or talking with Midoriya and All Might. By the time the fireworks show starts, she's feeling pleasantly tired and decides not to take the Porter back to Heropa, but to stay at the hotel for the night. ]

[ screaming, Odin slams his hands down on whatever surface he can find, tears in his eyes. his heart is in his throat, weeping like the rest of him. he's already been taken aside and given a stern talking to about sensible bids, but he has a fuckton of money and wants to spend it all here. here and now. all of it. ]

M-- Mmblbhbhghghhh!

[And when the bidding for Rooty has concluded and her smooches delivered (bonus: the winner even gets to cuddle her afterward for her affection knows no bounds,) it's Peter's turn to be auctioned off. He flipped back and forth on this but figured he might as well be in on the fun, at least after securing Odin's OK. Odin who vowed to buy his kiss no matter what. Odin who just spent a small fortune on their dog's bids. Odin who might now be too broke to still do this. Odin to whom he fingerguns in the audience while standing up on the podium.

He's wearing his suit from ImPort My Heart! that he forgot was constrictive and itchy and very much not his style. Peter nervously loosens his tie while waiting to see if anyone even wants a bid on the (actual) Deputy Ambassador.]

C'mon, tell me what y'think I'm worth here. I promise to cry quietly.

Tina shows up to the swearin, though she's not in much of a party mood. She and her boyfriend have been fighting, and she feels like a breakup is all but assured, even though they'd vowed to try long distance before going that far. So she doesn't even show up in costume; she tries to go up without one, but is persuaded into the Cos-Tomb. She spends a while playing with the various options to come up with a pun before deciding on a Chinese Food Dragon- wearing a dragon costume head and tail around a Chinese takeout box.

As she settles into the Lounge, she definitely feels out of place, like she's just a bit too young to be here. However, that doesn't stop her from appreciating the male servers- butts and abs abound. She tries out her moves on the dance floor, but watch out- she'll end up apologizing profusely if she ends up hitting you with her tail.

By the time the fireworks happen, however, she's exhausted and will probably end up curled up on a couch, dozing.

[Her eyes turn to Odin, pleased her father loves her so. She wags her tail.

A woman in the front row raises her hand. Two thousand. Rooty looks back at Odin, imploring.]

Alphonse is excited for his first Halloween-themed party. He has trouble deciding on a costume, however, and decides to sample the wares in the Cos-Tomb, eventually deciding on dapper cat costume, complete with ears, whiskers, a tail, and a tuxedo. The look is completed by his cane; the cold weather is making him feel a little weak, and he knows by the end of the night he may well need it.

He's too young to drink alcohol at the lounge, so he instead ends up sampling a bunch of non-alcoholic drinks, entertaining people nearby by transmuting their drinks into slush and making miniature ice sculptures.

He stays away from the dance floor, considering how he's not feeling well physically, and feels he may be too young for the kissing auction, so instead he spends the rest of the night mingling.

[ After spending Pretty Much Literally All Of His Money on auctions for both his boy and his girl - auctions that he may not even have won - Odin decides it's probably in his best interests to regroup on some of his losses. With a new wave of imports starring in reality TV, his socialite status is probably on the brink of fading, and he hasn't had a real job in, like, a year. He thinks he's still a wrestler? Does he still work at the theatre? Shit, he should check in on those instead of wasting all of his time screaming about vengeance.

Either way, the soft and pouting lips of the Darkest Knight of Sinister Justice are here for the taking. It's been a while since he's worn his mage robes, but he still has it in him to dress like a menace, so that's where he is right now, glasses excluded. COME AT HIM ]

[Abigail is dressed in a wolf costume. She has an added furry scarf to cover her neck scar. Being able to feel like someone or something else for a night is the best part of Halloween, in her opinion. She decides to be a bit more daring than usual and signs up for the auction. She doesn't expect high bids and knows every little bit is to help charity. She smiles to anyone who looks like they might place a bid.]

Tw-- twice that! Three times that! Whatever number she said-- that, but five times!

[ the auctioneer adds a hesitant 3k. odin is in despair. to think he might lose to debra. is that debra? probably not. debra doesn't know what a kiss is, the loveless witch. ]

[Abigail enters the COS-TOMB, planning on designing a costume for herself that is very cute, perhaps a grey dog like Fumio. She plays with the design and it becomes more silver than grey, and less of a dog. She ends up with a wolf costume. The hood on the costume covers the scars on the side of her head nicely and she has the cos-tomb add a furry scarf that matches the fur on the wrists and ankles, to cover the scar on her neck. She leaves the machine and drop off her street clothes at the coat check. Noticing someone else leaving the machine, she gives them a smile.] "I like your costume."

[She participates in the charity kiss auction., wanting to be more outgoing and to help charity.]

[Later in the evening, the sound of the first of the fireworks catches her by surprise. She's made it to midnight of a swear-in without anything too crazy happening. It's amazing. She joins the crowd watches the fireworks in awe. Each one seems to light up the entire sky.] "It's beautiful." [She comments to a person near her.]

[Akira isn't single but he does love smoochin'... Er, I mean it's for a good cause. Right.]

Let's start it at fifty~

[Peter, standing next to Rooty, smiles at this next bid. Caught off guard by the immediate waving of Debra's sausage hand in the air, his smile falling off his face as fast as Odin's pants drop when he's given the OK to be nude. Rootbeer tilts her head. A shrill voice calls out - six thousand!]

[Well, if it's just kissing, it can't be too bad, right? And well, he's dressed as a sexy lady cop, making sultry glances to the audience in an attempt to pull in the big bids. He's exactly 18 years old and he's ready to kiss anyone, honestly.]

[ what a rich woman???? Odin clutches his hand over his chest, staggering on the spot. He looks at Peter a little desperately, like he's not sure what to do. They've got a pretty ludicrous nest egg, after everything, but it's really not something he should be dipping into for a kiss he can get at home any time he wants. And Yet, ]

Twelve-thousand?!
