Tiger vs Tiger
WHO: Tetsuo, featuring guest star Blickablake Fubuki, Kotetsu

WHAT: Tetsuo’s tiger is missing!
WARNINGS: Idiocy, not much else
[Steel claws, very likely illegally welded onto giant paws, dig into concrete, finding purchase and leaving scores in the building. Between her shoulders, 雪 is clearly spraypainted on an increasingly dirty white coat in the same blue as the rest of her repainted stripes. Those claws scramble at the roof, biomechanical muscles flexing to pull the rest of the ImPocreat tiger up and over.
From the ground, it simply looks as if a massive, oddly colored tiger with lamplight eyes is lounging languidly on top of a BuckStars, tail idly flicking. It’s enough to draw a decent amount of attention - she’s clearly like an ImPocreat, but different. Despite the uncertainty of the growing crowd below them (and the increasing sea of mobile phones raised to capture this oddity), Fubuki doesn’t seem inclined to do anything further than lie here and both attract potential customers and discourage them from getting close enough to actually go into the building. Those massive paws are hanging over the edge, and it’s hard to miss the glint of sunlight off silver when she stretches one, displaying wicked -looking claws for all to see.]

He'd originally planned to move along, maybe grab a coffee after work in honor of their choosing tigers to represent their brand. But then he'd checked the network, and it's rather clear that this just so happens to be Tetsuo's prodigal tiger.
Which means it's potentially trouble. He ducks quickly into a nearby alleyway and uses his newest power to summon his power-suit, before using one of his grapple wires to scale the building. On the roof with the tiger, he attempts to "tiptoe" toward the modified ImPocreat, as much as a guy in a metal suit can actually tiptoe.
And, perhaps most embarrassingly, attempts to call for the creature in the dumbest way possible when he gets close--]
Heeeere, kitty kitty ....
hiya!
She gets to her feet, skipping out of the way when Kotetsu gets closer. There's no aggressive response, at least, but the alternative is possibly worse: if Kotetsu makes a move towards her, she's going to leap straight off the building and run for it, with all of the tireless speed that a massive biomechanical tiger can manage.
Kitty kitty is leaving now. Bye.]

He raises up his hands as if in surrender, but the tiger is already crouching to leap, and that's trouble. He calls out to the crowd below--]
Hey, watch out everyone!!
[--before leaping after it, hoping to land on top of it and grab it around the midsection. He almost manages ... but he didn't quite factor in the lamppost in his jump and he slams into that instead, bouncing a couple times as he hits the ground. Apparently suiting up was a good decision; he's sure as hell going to feel that tomorrow.
He scrambles to his feet, resuming chase.]

She's supposed to obey orders to the one who selected her. She can't obey orders from just anyone, or she could have simply been ordered things that would lose a battle. Therefore, the orders shouted should be ignored.
She moves off the sidewalk and into the road at top speed, leaping over an incoming car and dodging another, in order to cross the street at a diagonal. Apparently traffic laws and crossing mean nothing to an ImPocreat, who was programmed with no such knowledge or consideration. She probably doesn't even notice when the cars slam on the brakes behind her, horns blaring.]

Once he's made his way to a sidewalk, he activates the grapple hooks that come with his suit, stronger than the wires in his modified wristwatch, aiming for the tiger's midsection.
...They go around its tail, instead. Someone wiser would've released the wires and tried again. Unfortunately, someone wiser isn't chasing Fubuki right now; Kotetsu pulls, trying to draw back the mechanical tiger by the tail, despite having nearly no leverage, and the act of pulling shifting his own center of gravity to be easily pullable. Say, by a large, heavy, fast-moving weight.......]

And this is not any normal ride. It's one that'll drag poor Kotetsu down the street, gaining a lot of stares and some raised iPhones to document the new invented sport of Tiger Skiing.
She heads right for an alleyway, deciding that being somewhere with people is likely a poor decision. It's a short one too, so unless Kotetsu decides to play catch and release and try again, or manages to find soemthing else to latch onto to stop her, she'll prepare to jump... and they'll both be sailing up and over a concrete wall, which likely slams her passenger into said wall.
It's harder to stop a runaway robot tiger than a normal one.]
