For Robbie and Amaterasu:

[Maya's been running around after getting ported back in, having to catch up with missed appearances of the Pink Princess at local schools. That doesn't mean she isn't going to try and catch up with her new housemates, though; in addition to leaving them little hello notes (accompanied by those Pink Princess brand kiddie valentines) she'll try to get a hold of Robbie or Amaterasu during mealtimes.

Well, their mealtimes, assuming they're ever in the kitchen. Maya has to eat more often thanks to her power, so she's pretty much always eating. If either of her newest housemates come across her in the kitchen, she'll be quick to get their attention.]

Oh-- hey! You just moved in, right?

[ time within this world has been a busy one for Amaterasu: between going through the motions (and emotions) of dead friends suddenly not being dead, the blackout and possibly getting far too into the whole hero thing. it has left her unable to really get to know the people that she is sharing housing with considering she was out from dawn until late at night more often than not if she came home at all.

the little hello notes were cute though and Ammy had left her own in turn, drawing cute little figure on them in greeting. it was early in the morning when she does finally run into one of the others in the house. of course, she doesn't literally run into them considering she simply appears in a shimmer of morning light in the kitchen with sparking red hair and a smile just as bright as the sun.

she isn't expecting someone there so when an unfamiliar voice speaks there is a moment of confusion before it registers in Ammy's head and she faces Maya with another bright grin. ]

Got it in one! You're the one that's been leaving the cute little notes, right?

[Of course, Maya can't help but respond to Amaterasu's-- well, everything with a smile of admiration. There's something magical about her-- much like when she met Persephone and Inanna, though she has yet to realise any similarities between them.]

Yeah! I got yours too, [Maya admits, unabashedly looking Amaterasu up and down and taking in her appearance.]

I'm guessing you're not Robbie.

You got them, great! I was worried I might have gotten away with all my drawings.

[ she was quite the fan artiest back in the day before ~godhood~ and it tended to come out from time to time. ]

I wouldn't do the name much of a service sadly. I'm Amaterasu but you can call me Ammy.

No, no, I love them!

[Maya replies, just as excited. She likes fanart, too, especially of her favourite toku shows.]

Amaterasu...

[And then, with a bit of a sheepish look, Maya asks--]

[Robbie takes his meals at fairly irregular times (very early and very late) and works two jobs, so it could take awhile to catch him. He has approximately zero idea what to think of the cute valentines greeting notes so he's not making a concerted effort to be available, though he's also not precisely avoiding the house.

Honestly!

He comes home early-ish one afternoon and is about to turn around and let her have the kitchen to herself for however long she might need it, until she talks.]

Yeah— January. [He's not awkward. Nothing about this is awkward!!] You're the one with the notes...?

Yup! That's me. Aaand I already met Amaterasu, so...

[She points right at Robbie, and--]

Robbie Reyes. No relation to Jaime? Really?

[She leans in interrogatively, playful nonetheless.]

[Having met Jaime not too long ago, the comparison is mostly flattering. Nice kid. Like, way too nice to actually be related to Robbie, but the sentiment is nice.]

Reyes isn't exactly a rare last name. [He sounds a little bit dry, little bit amused.] You keep real busy? [Since they're just meeting now.]

Soooorta. Most of the time I'm down at the studio in Heropa.

But I also got ported out for a little bit last month. Again.

[She seems a little bit annoyed saying that, but quickly shrugs it off.]

That can happen sometimes, y'know. You just disappear and lose a whole month.
