Thus by being at the porter if Kidou did wish to see the first two transcribed months of relevant network posts then it was more efficient to be already at the porter when a location was given. Even if said location was in Heropa, if it wasn't in walking distance there were several bus stops near the porter that were. Those plans were put to the side when he notices a familiar figure on that curious hill he's passed so many times before. He'd only given the tree with it's tire a brief glance in the past. (Likely child begged a parent to make a tire swing for them at some point and it was just never taken down.) However, for Kidou to be there and seemingly planning to remain there for a length of time was odd.
