WHO: Sophie Foster and YOU
WHERE: Everywhere!
WHEN: Sunday 29th thorough the day.
WHAT: Surprise! Sophie just teleported next to you. Try not to be too weirded out.
WARNINGS: N/A
[ Sophie's teleportation ability is a bit different than most. For once, it's not covert. At all. One moment you're walking down a street, sitting on a bench, idling by a park, just going about your businesses. All that it takes is that you're someone without a roof. Next thing you know, things get weird: the air seems to become thicker and before you're fully aware of what it means, time-space is rip apart some feet over the floor, exposing what can only be described as a whole lotta nothingness. No sound, no color, no nothing. It's quite a sight, mostly because many people know the concept of nothingness exists (confusing as that might sound) but can't imagine it. Well, there's the thing, right in your face. Or is it just what your brain can understand?
Then Sophie drops from it, barely managing to fall on her feet. The gap closes over her head, and Sophie stands up, dusting nonexistent lint of her clothes before realizing she almost landed on someone. Cue a very mortified 14 year old girl trying to save face and failing. ]
Ah, didn't see you there. Sorry about... that...

[The near miss resulted in her jumping backwards several feet, her posture defensive, until she realized it appeared to be a kid? But then again, she appeared to be a kid so that probably didn't mean much. Still, she didn't seem dangerous...]
[So after a moment, Shelke relaxed, her expression neutral, if...still a bit curious.]
...Are you alright?
[It seemed like the appropriate thing to ask.]

Y-yeah, I was just playing with the coordinates. Didn't expect to get all the way here, though...wherever here is.

[Shelke offered as she turned to move back to her step and sit down. Better to not risk it.]
You're an import, right?
no subject
[ That's a relief to her, really. ]
Y-yeah, I think the powers kind of gave me away. You...too?

[And as Shelke sat down, the shadows from the house would make the faint, unnatural glow of her blue eyes more evident.]
Where were you trying to go?
no subject
A friend used to live in a house that looks a lot like this one, but I didn't have the exact details to make the leap, it seems. I should be a few houses off, or maybe some blocks...

[There'd been another but he disappeared recently. Shelke's voice was flat as she said it...it was awfully hard to tell if she actually cared about whatever she was talking about.]
All the houses around here are for imports though, so you probably aren't far off.

[ But some people prefer it that way, who is she to say? ]
Yeah, I suppose. anyway, I'm Sophie. It's nice to meet you.
[ Might as well introduce herself right. ]
no subject
It is.
[She wasn't going to lie about it, after all.]
My name is Shelke.

It's fine. New powers?

[ Going from being able to teleport wherever she's been to anywhere she can picture in her mind is a big different. ]
Sorry for...suddenly popping up like that.

[ It's a joke, so he smiles. But his smile has described to be slightly threatening. ]
So you teleport. How far?
