Daisy's Catch All (Closed and OTA)
WHO: Daisy and YOU
WHERE: Heropa and De Chima
WHEN: 1/8 & the rest of January
WHAT: Daisy's dealing with going back home and coming back again
WARNINGS: Gore and talk of substance abuse
CLOSED TO JESSE
[This was just a vicious cycle at this point, and it was exactly the same as her ‘home’ life. Anytime she got felt she was settled somewhere, something was there to knock her off her feet again. Once again forgetting this place until she was dragged back into this world again. Months had passed back home, and Daisy too disorientated at the moment to really know how long she was gone. Even when someone who was checking her over for the injuries she had sustained back home told her the date.
This was a waste of time, even as they kept telling her to stop trying to leave and warned her that she’d probably pass out soon from the blood loss if she kept resisting help. She could fix everything physically wrong with her within minutes, and that wasn’t about to happen here. Back home, Daisy had taken to relying on drugs and alcohol to help deal with all of the pain her body has been dealing with ever since she started to overuse her powers.
Finally getting away from the medical people, Daisy somehow managed to not pass out long enough to get to the beach house. Although she got some terrified looks along the way. What? You’ve never seen someone shot before? With the door unlocked, Daisy stumbled inside and immediately reached for the nearest thing to try and keep herself from collapsing on the floor when her vision began to fade around the edges. She just needed to get a vial of Jesse’s blood and drink it, right? She remembered him doing that. The problem was now she just had to find it, which would’ve been a lot easier of a task if she wasn’t extremely close to losing consciousness. Still, she began to tear through the house and not exactly being quiet about it either.]
OPEN TO EVERYONE
[Daisy has been attempting to keep as busy as possible since returning because without being hunted by the Watchdogs, or hunting the Watchdogs, Daisy is just left with her thoughts. Which was not a good thing to be left alone with. She’s seen back at work at Sam’s Grill the next night, apologizing for not showing up on her last shift. She’s gotten better at the whole waitress gig, as well as bar-tending. When she’s not at work there, she’s also at Wayne Enterprises ‘interning’. In reality she’s been trying to dig up dirt on this Bruce guy and wondering why the hell he would be helping out Crane after everything he’s done. If she isn’t in those two places, she’s probably jogging or working out at the gym.]

He's pouring himself a drink at the bar when he hears the commotion downstairs. Instantly, he slams the bottle down and rushes for the stairwell, half-leaping his way down to the first floor. Only a handful of people could even find his house, let alone storm into it, and he loves every one of those people. So he's not scared for himself. He's scared for whoever it is that's tearing through his house.]
- Daze...
[He sees the mess first, then Daisy at the epicenter of it. She's hurt.]
Oh, god.
[Thank god, he means, as he's ripping his shirt off.]
I'm here, I'm here.
[And already in the process of healing her before he's even reached her side.]

Stop, Jesse!
[Then she's knocking back the contents of the vial. All the while doing her best to ignore the fact that she is actually drinking his blood.]

What happened, Daze?

The relief is so instant and overwhelming that she just slumps backwards. She hasn't been pain free in months. Hand holding loosely onto the empty vial, Daisy looked up to Jesse.]
I was shot.
[No shit, Sherlock.]
Did I ever mention the Watchdogs to you?

Watchdogs? Um, I... I don't think so?

They're basically an Inhuman hate group intent on finding and killing us all. I've been trying to track them all down, trying to protect my kind from them. Came across where some of them were holed up and found a hit list. Got shot because of it.
[Daisy reached into her pocket for the piece of paper. Which now was splattered with blood. There were a lot of names on that list.]
Not that it does me any good here.

[Jesse never underestimates an enemy's ability to get ported in at the worst moment. Luckily, Daisy will always be safe in the beach house.]
So... Jesus, how long were you over there?
[Because she makes it sound like she's been doing this vigilante shit for a while.]

[Annnd her paranoia just dialed up. So, thanks for that.]
At least here they're outnumbered... Unless they get powers too. Now that would be hilarious.
[Would it really be funny? Or maybe she just has a sick sense of humor these days. Hand with the paper in it falling back to her side, Daisy tilted her head back against the wall.]
Couple of months since the last time I left. Getting real tired of this whole back and forth thing. Somehow life just never prepares you for the whole jumping between universes and time.
