WHO: Harry Osborn and Naminé
WHERE: An art museum in Heropa
WHEN: Oct. 12th
WHAT: What happens when a couple of adorable art nerds meet? Let's find out!
WARNINGS: Probably nothing.

One thing that's always made Harry feel better when he's overwhelmed or uncertain is art. It's an outlet that's always been good to him. Someone had told him about a humble but beautiful art museum in downtown Heropa, and it only seemed natural to take a gander. How different was the art here with the influence of hundreds of worlds pouring through? Was there work from imPorts in there? He couldn't help but be curious. It was a nice enough excuse to take the teleporter for a spin, anyway. To get out of the house. He couldn't let his insecurities keep holing him up inside or he'd go nuts.

So he heads for the museum with a sketchpad tucked under one arm and his communicator - with the map application turned on - in the other hand. Sometimes looking at other peoples' work inspired him, so he decided to bring some art supplies with him. Just some standard colored pencils for the time being. He figured he could put money aside each week to at least get himself supplies and build up to the better stuff.

For the most part, he tries to just stay out of peoples' way and not draw attention to himself, but he eventually ends up parked near a beautiful painting that's caught his eye. Fittingly enough, it's called Redemption, he finds when he comes closer to study it. The painting itself depicts a person moving towards light and leaving darkness behind. Needless to say, he's been touched by it. Inspired. With his sketchpad out, he scrawls out whatever it inspires in him with any colors that strike him.

Even though Naminé is making an effort to branch out into other hobbies, in the end, art is what she falls back on. It's cathartic now, a pleasant way to connect to others where it couldn't before, her newest creations gently easing the pain of the past ones. Imagine her surprise when she'd discovered art museums existed! A chance to look at other artworks, bear witness to the artists' emotions, and learn from them to improve her own? Of course she would visit.

She goes after work, taking her time to look around at the plethora of works on display. And she notices that there are quite a few people sitting with sketchbooks in front of select paintings. Eventually she realizes that people are free to be inspired and draw the artworks here, which has her diving for her own sketchbook and walking at a brisk pace back to one work of art that is very, very relevant to her own life.

It seems someone else is finding similar inspiration from Redemption, though. Naminé pauses nearby, eyeing the spot on the bench next to him where his things have been set out. The urge to draw is at odds with the reluctance to interrupt him when he's clearly focused. She compromises by taking up the corner of the bench, balancing on the very edge of it, before she proceeds to work on her own sketch.
