In my world, a shifter is one thing. Not many things.

Kind of a misnomer then, if there's only one form you can shift to.

We call 'em two-natured, what you're describing. Weres. Werewolves, werepanthers - there's all sorts, far as I know. But I try to avoid runnin' into 'em when I can.

So what are these garou?

So why does that mean you don't have a scent? [is it because spiders don't have one in general? Sam has to admit he's never said to himself "wow, smells like a bunch of black widows" before.]

I've met her. She can shift, but she's not a shifter. We're - different.
