[To Tetsuo, they're something mundane. Something he UNDERSTANDS, from his world. Pinball machines existed, alongside basic arcade cabinets. For all his experience with the concept of virtual arcade and games that saved your progress with sprawling stories and selectable teams, it was what first came to mind as something that maybe, he could do.
