Well the Best Thing You Could Ever Do is Die
WHO: Mewtwo and YOU
WHERE: All major cities
WHEN: At the start of pull plot
WHAT: Mewtwo has just been born and he's mad
WARNINGS: Violence, pokemon tantrums
A. Awakening in DeChima
[What's it like to wake up from a dream you don't remember falling asleep to? A dream that was nothing but blackness before? That's what it feels like to Mewtwo. That's important: the name Mewtwo. They gave him that designation.
He was alive because of them, because they deigned it so. He can remember how wrong he feels. He feels wrong as he staggers back to his feet. Here he stands among a land that doesn't feel so familiar to him. No pokemon in sight, but plenty of humans.
Humans. That's where it went wrong. Where he went wrong. Where they used him for their own 'methods', where they pushed and pushed til he had no choice but to push back.
His eyes light up with a special rage. Rising above the ground, his body gains psychic momentum as he floats over the edge of DeChima.]
< Once...once was enough… >
[He blasts his inertia of psychic energy into the ground, touching down in the small crater of his own making.]
< Let that be a sign. Humankind doesn't deserve to share this world with me. >
B. Come to the Applebee's if You Want to Fight.
[Mewtwo had levitated fast before. But now, now this was different. This wasn't a usual lowkey kind of speeding, this was the kind of fast one flaunts. The fast that shows off oneself with the openness of a missile bound for destruction.
And he's speeding through nearly every city. There's so many people, not enough time to show them how he truly means business. It wasn't enough to try and drum up fear. He needs to show humanity just how superior he is.
Which brings him to your city, for those who missed catching him zipping around or running into him. Mewtwo hovers from rooftop to rooftop, looking for exceptional human beings as he sees it.
If one is so unlucky, they'll find Mewtwo dropping from the sky like a bomb, his eyes slanted with angry fervor, his telepathic voice stabbing out just as hard.]
< You couldn't possibly match me in skill…but I will test that soon enough. >
[He's calling this hapless stranger out for a fight.]
C. Wildcard.
[For those rebels. If you wanna do something specific hit me up at

B (Platypus)
But when he sees Mewtwo slamming to the ground near him with anger in his eyes, Perry couldn't help but grow concerned. Maybe he's just in the mood to fight?]
< Mewtwo, what on Earth are you talking about? >
no subject
Something about this animal feels familiar. Maybe it's because of all the information that he absorbed from the lab.
He still has a lot of anger inside, but at least he doesn't feel violent. For now.]
[He gets it.]
< You must be from the same lab...how did you escape? >
no subject
Oh boy this is going to be painful, Perry can feel it.
He offers a smile but it's pretty obvious that his worry and concern is growing.]
< Mewtwo, I'm your friend, Perry. We meet last year and you saved me from being brainwashed last month. >
no subject
Almost.]
< I have no friends.
...what makes you think what you said wasn't from your brainwashing? >
no subject
< There is no reason why they would want me to trust someone like you, not to mention I was able to leave before I could get seriously brainwashed. >

[Okay, how does he explain this...?]
< You're... you're from the past Mewtwo. >
[God he hopes that time travel exists in his universe.]

Do I at least get your name first? I'm Wanda.
[More than anything, she's curious about its skills. A psionic battle wasn't really on her To Do List for today, but if that's how it's gonna go, well, at least she's prepared.]
no subject
His eyelids squinted hard at the mere suggestion. She may be a match, but he trusts in his own abilities and sheer anger far too much.]
< ...what you see before you is all you need to know. I am one and only. >
no subject
< One and only what, exactly? Because if you mean with these types of powers, that makes at least two of us, so... > [So "one and only, just a bit inaccurate.] < I can compare skill sets. >
no subject
< The only one of my kind. There is nothing else like me. >
[A bit of a boast? Yes. Yet with these humans, there's something more to them than their regular brand of ignorance and blithe destructive attitude.]
< Can you? Then you'll know how strong I am. >
no subject
< I would. > [Well, try, anyway.] < That would be my point. Call me curious. >
[In addition to "curious", she can also be called "someone who makes Questionable Life Choices A Lot".]
no subject
< Then try me. >
[He lifts himself in the air to appear menacing.]
< You'll see just how strong I am. >
B
Dooku sweeps back his cape to free up his arms, but does not yet draw his lightsaber as his own voice booms upward to the flying creature swooping towards him.]
Do not underestimate my abilities. I am more than a match for you!
[That's a good way to not escalate the situation, right?]
no subject
What does get his attention is the odd weapon, looking something like a projected aura from one container. He holds out his fist, raising a nearby trash can.]
< Abilities or not, you will lose. >
[Consider this situation de-escalated.]
no subject
Whoever you are, I am giving you the chance to back down. Otherwise, you will leave me no choice but to teach you to regret your arrogance.
[This street is now a Cranky Psychic Free-Fire Zone]
no subject
But his resolve still stands. Mewtwo was a bundle of crankiness and bad decisions.]
< The only regrets anyone will have is you. Do you expect me to run afraid? >
no subject
<I expect you to show wisdom over foolishness. I am not your enemy- and it is in your own interest not to make me one.>
no subject
< ...if you are not my enemy, what are you then? >
[His fire has cooled a bit, only out of the bizarre feeling that something more than human was at work.]

I'm not interested in tests, and I have no quarrel with you. [This creature seems familiar- and some buried memory stirs, even if consciously, all Sabriel knows is that this creature is neither Dead nor stinking of Free Magic- and thus, outside of her experience and not something she's obligated to fight... unless it decides to attack her or innocent people.]
no subject
This one came prepared, but as he saw it nothing could protect humanity from themselves. He casts aside any sentimentality, his expression immovable and grim.]
< You are human, that's quarrel enough. >

[He sees her reaching for something. Concluding it can be nothing more than an offensive weapon, he gathers his telekinetic energy in an eerie blue glow.]
