It's a fine day in Heropa, isn't it? The new year has come and so far nothing horrible has happened....

well, it's time to break that streak right off the bat. Something is going down in Heropa and causing some mayhem that only imPorts can stop! Oh no! Action must be taken against this threat! Clearly upstanding heroes will take flight and restore order. However you hear about it, from the locals, being there yourself or through the network news of this will travel.

Good, because that's exactly what it was supposed to do.

Because when the first problem settles....a new one begins.

[ When he answers, Klarion just sounds... wrung-out, for want of a better term. Like he's too tired to be as upset as he feels. He's running on no sleep and adrenaline at this point. ]

... He stole Teekl early yesterday morning, and blackmailed me into making a distraction for him before this mess happened. [ He waves a hand at Heropa in general, indicating the mist. ] He needn't have even bothered, this is going to attract everyone's attention better than a few explosions ever would.

That little monster got past my wards and into my room and took my familiar like it was nothing, and we're going to kill him for it once we're both safe.

If you do enter the fray, stay clear of 32nd street. I made rather a mess of it.

That's...impressive that he managed that. [ Okay. That was kinda scary that the guy managed to get into Klarion's room, stole his familiar, and did it without much trouble. Just how powerful was this dick? She frowned. ]

... More or less? I stayed up all night looking for him, and then blew up half a city block, found my cat, and ran away. I'm tired.

[ Pan had threatened to just keep him permanently separated from Teekl, and was probably strong enough to do it. He was way more freaked out about that than anything else. ]

... We weren't apart long enough to do any lasting damage.

I feel like I'd have probably done similar so I can't really blame you.

That's good that you won't have lasting damage. You should get him something awesome, like a kitty treat or something.
