[Asher has been obtuse to many things occuring in the Pines' household and lives, also because he's been even busier at work than usual. You would think that the holidays would lead to some downtime when you worked as a personal trainer, but no! With airplane tickets skyrocketing and a need to look good for that one trip home, people have been in and out of the gym constantly.
He needs to get back to work, he thinks.
What about law school?
So he decides to distract himself by asking another question. Asher picks the phone up from his lap in the locker room and sends a message to one of his younger housemates:]
