It's midday when Spidey swings by. (Thank you, summer vacation!) And, given that this is not any kind of emergency situation, he kindly decides to enter through the front door (rather than any kind of dramatic superhero entrance).

Still kind of weird to casually walk into a building while wearing this outfit, though. Thankfully, the mask hides any hesitance in his expression as he steps in and realizes he doesn't know where, exactly, Raina is.

Uh.

"...Hello? I'm here to see Raina?"

As soon as the woman at the front desk buzzes Raina, she drops what she's doing in her office and heads to the lobby in order to meet up with the kid in costume. Raina doesn't even bat an eye. To most, it might be like Halloween came early. But Raina comes from a world of superheroes. (And has anyone seen Captain America's outfit? Seriously?)

"Hello, Spider-Man." Though it almost feels more apt to say Spider-Boy, Raina respects his alias. "Welcome to my research facility. Please, follow me."

And she leads the way back to her office, opening the door for him to head in first.

"Uh, hi." He waves at Raina as she comes out to meet him. And then, once he enters the door she's opened for him and follows her to the office: "Thanks."

"So you have the formula with you?" She tilts her head, closing the door behind them.

"Yeah," he nods. He reaches behind him and pulls out from some mysterious, hidden pocket (thank you, SHIELD issued supersuit!) a crumpled, folded piece of paper. He unfolds it and tries to smooth it out--with little success--and offers it to Raina.

The paper has the formula, all right, but it's also covered in notes--scratched out and rewritten, different processes written down in the same place, chemical bonds drawn out, scratched out, then redrawn. It is, in short, Kind Of A Mess.

Oh. This certainly isn't what she was expecting. Raina looks at the paper, scanning it in surprise before she flashes a quick smile to Spiderman. "I suppose it was too much to hope that this would be easy."

She laughs. "But once I determine what are the actual notes, this all seems within the realm of our possibilities."

He nods along. "Yeah, sorry about that. The, uh, original note-taker was kinda doing trial and error on it." There was a much cleaner version with just the final formula on it, but that he left with Ganke, since he was the one who could actually produce the stuff.

"How long do you think it'll take?"

"I think the most difficult part will be determining the real formula. But once that is accomplished, I'd say...a week? Give or take. Of course..."

Here it is.

"I do expect a little something in return for providing you with this. Don't worry. It's nothing big. Do you know what it is we do here, Spider-Man?"
