[CLOSED]
WHO: Hisoka and Sora
WHERE: Nonah Training Facility
WHEN: Saturday | AUG 8th
WHAT: Sora is going to be demonstration of his abilities for a friendly clown.
WARNINGS: Friendly clown warnings.
He agreed to meet at the Facility of course. Despite it's guards, it's stalwart behemoth of an overseer, and it's substantial monitoring technology. But it's not really a true loss. He certainly can play nice for a while before he feels like he may over flow, though it's hard to tell at times. Should Sora impress him enough... he might let a few things slip through, but for the most part, a-o-kay. It was better to show the boy he was willing to make compromises, be this a small one, but a compromise still.
The plan is the same as it always is.
To impress himself upon him in some way, to influence him.
If he can do so by becoming some sparring partner for the boy, help him train, or become a rival. Or befriend him and play the part of an ally, be it a false one. He doesn't mind playing games to get what he wants. To see more of this bright eyed child, and from what he's seen his spirit is quite similar to Gon's. It makes him nostalgic, excited.
Though he'll hold back the urge to twitch, and ignore the heat in his skin thinking about it, and wait. Wait outside the Facility, leaning quietly against the wall beside the main doors in the middle of no where North Carolina where the facility was built. His eyes closed, his arms crossed over his chest, wearing a gaudy floral suit and white heels, his usually styled back pink hair down and framing his face. All ready for work, in the case that he's hear longer than an hour or so.

Plus he figured the training facility seemed neutral enough and a place they both knew the location of, at least. Not all fights would be any less public. He's used to the idea of potentially fighting in front of others. Hence this choice at least for their initial sparring. If necessary, they could relocate somewhere else later on.
He's just on time as agreed when Sora shows up in his usual red jumpsuit and jacket, giving an easy wave and smile when he spots the familiar face from the network. Not batting an eyelid at the clothing choice. He's probably seen stranger, in his travels to various worlds, after all.
"Hey. I figured you'd find the place easy enough! You ready to go in? Hope you weren't waiting too long."
no subject
This skill and power though, makes it relatively easy to lead others to him. Again whether it was as a rival, an ally, someone to learn from, he'd make himself available to those he deemed worth it, and so far Sora was falling into the group. Though it would take seeing a little more of him to know for sure if he should continue expending any time around him.
"Not at all." Said as he pushes up off the wall and moves to open the door for him, giving a sweet smile. "After you." Don't walk ahead, kid. Don't do it.

Then again, it isn't like Sora has the best reputation sometimes, often called a 'lazy bum' for his napping habits for one thing, let alone whether he might sometimes sleep in later than intended. Still, he does his best all the same, managing a nod and smile in answer to the invitation, not thinking twice when Hisoka offers for him to enter first. Sora opens the door and casually steps inside, pausing for a second before seeing an area they could use that wasn't so crowded and gestures for Hisoka to follow.
no subject
The door is held open and he watches the boy step in, smiling a little to himself, his eyes slimming before following after. He'll let Sora lead the way, which isn't too difficult. There are hologram maps of the entire facility on walls all over the inside of the building, so locating a training room will be easy enough. All the while, Hisoka stays behind and doesn't take his eyes off the boy.
Really stares at him, burrowing his gaze into his backside.

It doesn't take long, then he's turning and tilting his head slightly, lowering his hands from behind his head, letting them down to his sides casually. He's not actually been here just yet to be sure if there might be practice weapons available. Or be sure how reinforced the place is against the use of their powers. But otherwise, summoning the Keyblade seems like a start, so he holds his hands out and does so, no longer so unused to it that the brilliant light from it surprises him anymore.
"Not sure if they have other weapons for us to practice with? I haven't actually done hand to hand fighting before myself."
Though he is aware with that stretching power that Hisoka might prefer not to need a weapon at all in comparison.
no subject
"Mmm..." His chin lifts a little, tucking a thumb under it, eyes going a little wider for a moment when that odd weapon was spawned into being.
"It's what I expected, and yet- How interesting. I imagine it's as much a key as a blade?" A step closer. "If you feel comfortable wielding that, by all means, I won't be needing anything."
no subject
"Yeah. I can unlock things with it too. Pretty handy that I'm a locksmith apprentice here, I guess. But I can fight with it as well."
Because with the size, it is still a weapon. One Sora has improvised with enough to know how to use it in battle, even if he is untrained in it still.
no subject
"Unlock just doors?" A glance to the key, a long one, his slim, small smile staying as is.
"Special door? Is that something others from your world can do?" Or are you special?
no subject
Riku is less a surprise in comparison to Roxas or Xion at least. But even so, it's undeniable that there is something special about Sora all the same, even if he does appear to be an ordinary boy thrust into an extraordinary situation and adventure. He swings the Keyblade, bringing it to rest over his shoulder as they talk and he waits to get to the training after the questions.
no subject
"May I see it?" Offering a hand, he steps closer.
no subject
He steps forward, swinging the blade back over to pass it to the other without thinking. Regardless, chances are after a time it will return automatically to the younger boy anyway. But it can't hurt to let Hisoka have a better look at it, get a feel for the weight behind it if he wants to before they start at it.
no subject
But fortunately for Sora, Hisoka would rather see this boy wield his weapon than steal it from him.
So he'll take it and look it over, examining it from point to point and sliding his fingers over it. He feels it's weight and soaks in all his senses can before swiftly spinning it in his hand and grabbing the blade end, holding the hilt out to Sora.
"Now then, you with it, I'd like to see what you can do, Sora."
no subject
Once he's got the weapon returned to him, Sora will take a readied stance, cautious as he considers the invitation to possibly attack first. It's just a spar. And someone would have to start them off, right? So he gives Hisoka some time to possibly get more distance and to ready himself before going to attack. Aiming to strike at his chest with the blade, not going for his magic just yet or at all if possible if only because there are also others around.
no subject
He'll wait.
He doesn't see any need to get further, though he'll allow Sora to back up if he needs more room to wind up. He'll merely stand there, watching him. A hand sets on his hip, the other dangling at his side, one foot slightly infront of the other. His stance more casual than on the defensive, it doesn't denote any sort of fighting style.
The blade comes at him and he smirks, Sora will see him infront of him and then suddenly-
Gone.
Behind him, facing away, both of them back to back before he slowly turns to glance back at him over his shoulder.
"Well?"
no subject
A slight pout at his lips in spite of himself as he takes another swing at Hisoka, slightly more impulsive and frustrated which is evident in the way he moves, the way he strikes down with the keyblade in comparison to the initial attempt.
no subject
Hisoka stays faces away, even closing his eyes and lifting his chin slightly as Sora rearranges himself to look towards him again, though he's watching-
Watching when he moves again, at Sora's far side, the opposite of where his key blade goes after the movement. He nearly picks at his hair slightly, idly, making it seem like he's even leaning on he boy.
"Oh- nice."
"Very nice." Though he still is young, still is needing experience... But there's so much there already. He feels it in his stomach, making it toss. Hnn, he has so far to go, but only because he has the potential to get that far at all.
no subject
Still, he has to keep trying at least. Not giving up this easily as he attacks again in the direction he thinks he feels the other leaning against him. Unaware of the effect the sparring is having on Hisoka, how much potential the other can sense regardless of Sora never having been actually trained properly.
no subject
The dance continues. Another swing. He dodges, giving him a smile, a hand curling under his chin.
"Nice." Another dodge, another smile.
"Good, so good, hmm~" More and more excited. Another dodge, another smile, another small comment before he finally decides to swing back.
Sora comes for him again, swinging his keyblade and Hisoka steps back, whipping his hand up to punch the keyblade upwards, pushing his other hand out to slam a hard blow towards Sora's gut. It's not that he isn't having fun watching, no, he just wants to make sure this boy better understands what level's they're on. That important for 'inspiring'. Getting them to see how far a person is from them in ability, making them want to climb the difference...
no subject
Until that moment he feels Hisoka's fist at his stomach and he's winded, doubling over and relinquishing the Keyblade from his grasp as the other hits it into the air until it falls nearby with a clatter. It takes him a moment to get his breath back, coughing as he wipes at his mouth before standing back to his feet and summoning the blade back to his hand.
Hisoka wasn't wrong. Sora's always been competitive, stubborn and determined against the odds. It only serves to make him want to land at least one hit all the more.
no subject
"Too far to walk?" And grab it? He chuckles to himself.
no subject
May as well take advantage of that, against him or anyone else where every second counts, even in a supposedly friendly sparring match. He's almost getting slightly cocky and over-confident once more with that, as he grips the Keyblade in hand once more, ignoring the light it initially emits as he summons it to him.
Now, they're free to go at it again. Both technically 'armed'. Or, as armed as Hisoka intends to be, in any case. Which means Sora doesn't hesitate in attempting once more to attack, possibly oblivious to the potential onlookers that may be watching by now.
no subject
Sora comes for him again and it's much of the same.
He'll let the boy tire himself out, dodging and moving away from his blade as it swings time and time again. But not without paying attention to him, seeing how very strong he already is... he could be so much more if he kept this up. If he continued train. He could build up and up till he's good enough to finally pluck and
sink his teeth into.
Nnnghh... His eyes rolls back as he sways to the side, his already rather loose and swaying dodges getting a little more so as he feels something near pleasure fill him at the thought of with this trying boy can become.
no subject
Still, this is enough to keep Sora on his toes and work up a sweat, to experience fighting against at least one of these strange powers. He eventually stops to at least take a break if not outright call it for this session, dismissing the Keyblade, once he is tiring and notices the other getting more loose with his movements.
"You okay?" He asks as they pause for a moment, head tilted even as he dismisses the Keyblade for a moment and rests with his hands to his knees, obviously oblivious to Hisoka's pleasure.
no subject
Sora does seem a little winded when Hisoka looks at him, sees him wish away his weapon, but he smiles, ah--
"Adorable." He responds, chuckling a little as he points to him. "Yes, I am okay, are you getting near your end then?"
no subject
Adorable. So many people call him that. He's just never been called that with sparring before. It causes him to frown in confusion at the other before giving an almost sheepish look at the question of possibly continuing. He gives a sigh, straightening and stretching a bit.
"I think so. For now anyway. Doesn't mean we can't come back some other time for another go. I'm definitely getting better practicing against Riku, but it's still good to try others too."
no subject
Hisoka stands up straight, setting the hand that had pointed on his hip.
"Just Riku? Have I been the only other person for you to go against so far then? You'll have to fight many others before you fair better against me."
no subject
"Well, I know that. Had to start somewhere. Not that I don't like sparring with Riku, but I've been going up against him for years. I want to try come here more and practice against a lot of others. See their powers and how they fight."
But. Well, it's obvious Hisoka's still on another level in comparison. Sora's good, but at this point he was pulled a lot earlier so has yet to learn a lot of his skills. To gain that experience in fighting more.
