Oho, in that case, I'll cede strategy to you.

[ Ash was more used to being the one that gave the orders, but his plans were usually rather loose in nature. This was a reasonable proposal, and it wouldn't hurt to take on these carnival games on with all undue seriousness. ]

But, first, we'll loiter a while, non? Sharing a snack gives us the perfect reason to watch others play.

[He's certainly most comfortable having strategy ceded to him, and there's something satisfying about it after all those months -- at least a whole year, really, since he'd left Prosper's overt control -- fighting and struggling to get anyone to let him contribute.

[That's Cadel's critical opinion of Ash's ability to look un-suspicious, and he thinks it's pretty good as long as Ash is trying for it, and not letting his showmanship get in the way. It's certainly a lot easier to work with than, say, Gazo, who's Cadel usual conspirator in things like this.]
