[Closed] Stake-Out

WHO: Hange Zoe, Levi, Jean Kirstein
WHERE: New York
WHEN: November 12th (evening)
WHAT: Some good old-fashioned PI work.
WARNINGS: None.

The only real problem with trying to watch a house at night was that it got cold in November. Hange shivered and shuffled her feet. Even with layers and a nice, thick coat, the cold was starting to bite. They'd already been out here for one night and she hoped that the second night would end up being more productive than the first. Besides, she couldn't keep paying for cheap hotel rooms for too long. She took her gaze off of the small suburban home just up the block. Someone was defintiely coming around - they'd found footprints - but so far, nothing.

"We should've brought a thermos," she mutters good-naturedly to her companions. Because really, some hot tea or coffee right about now would do wonders for her morale.

The cold never bothered him anyway, it was the waiting had began to stretch his patience thin. Staking out frigid nights had lost its charm back in Alaska, but New York was not nearly as bad and he could swallow his griping long enough to get the job done. They just needed something to latch onto. Someone had to be coming in or out of that house eventually.

"Yeah," Levi agrees as he takes out a thermos, screwing off the cap where the smell of fresh black tea fill their little hiding spot, "You should've brought a thermos."
