[Gladion had been in the middle of doing some household chores while Mizuki and Lillie were out shopping for groceries when he gets Ochako's text, asking him if he was home. Drying his hands off after finishing the last dish to clean, he picks up and answers her back a few minutes later.]

Yeah, I'm home. The door's open, feel free to come in, but watch out for Weavile when you come in. He likes to jump out from behind the door and scare people.

Go ahead, he likes pranks so someone to prank him would make his day.
They can, and will, eat almost anything. I haven't found anything here they can't eat yet.

He's only cute when he's not stealing things from Arceus knows where and making me return them!
Ah, no he doesn't. The only one who has a name is Silvally, and that's because I sort of... Named its species.
The door is unlocked, just knock once and then come in.

[As he waits for Ochako's arrival, he works on the last little bit of chores he's had left to do, hoping he can finish them all before she gets there.]

[Ochako yes.

Snickering at the response about Weavile's wily antics, Ochako pockets her phone after firing off a quick thumbs up emoji in response to Gladion leaving the door open for her. She does indeed have a few stops to go to - the first of which is the specialty boutique she frequents (a-and may be modeling for in the future...) to pick up the gifts for Lillie and Gladion. The next will be a store to get something for the Pokemon - a large fruit platter. The box it comes in is massive, and heavy, and the workers are a bit worried she won't be able to carry it, but Ochako grins, grabs the box with both her hands, and activates her quirk on it, lifting it effortlessly into her arms.

After a short walk from there, she arrives at her friend's house with a shopping bag hanging from the crook of one arm, and a large box held in the other. Letting the box float in mid-air for a moment, Ochako knocks on the door once before calling out softly.]

Gladion-kun, it's Ochako! I'm coming inside!! [She'll wait a moment, listening carefully by the door in case she hears anything by it, before carefully opening the door and--] RAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!

[Yes, she just jumped out with a heinous ROAR, hands held like claws, and a huge grin on her face. Hope no goblin cats were hiding behind the door or anything...]

[As luck would have it, Gladion's finished his chores and is sitting on the couch while brushing some of Silvally's short fur to keep it looking nice when Ochako knocks.

Weavile, already knowing he's going to have a victim, is standing at the ready behind where the door would open. Waiting to scare his newest victim. Only to be startled himself at Ochako's sudden actions, and a less than graceful trip and landing on his behind with what sounds like... A laugh? A bizarre hissing laugh, immediately putting his claws up and doing his best to be frightening right back while laughing.

Even Gladion is laughing, holding his sides as he tries to breathe. It's been a good day and he's in good spirits already.]

I've NEVER seen him be that startled before! Or laugh like that! [A few deep breaths between laughs in the laughing fit, and then he continues.] Please, make yourself at home.

[Ochako is also laughing, holding her stomach as she doubles over a bit with mirth. Oh gosh, that reaction was far better than she anticipated, and then the Pokemon wasn't upset or overly startled makes her happy - it's so much cuter in person!! After sharing a few back and forth scary faces, Ochako crouches down a bit to be more eye-level to the icy dark-type and smiles.]

So you're Weavile, hm? Gladion-kun has told me a lot about you. I was so excited to finally meet you! I brought something for you and your friends, but you need to share it, alright?

[And she will then turn back and pluck the floating box back out of the air (honestly, her quirk is so useful in these situations), remove her shoes, and step inside to greet the blond, her smile widening again.]

Is that so? Ehehe, well I'm glad!! He's so cute - I like him a lot!! [If she could, she'd pat him on the head, but hands are full, alas.] I brought them all something tasty, but it's really big. Where should I put it? Oh, and I have things for you and Lillie-chan, too!!
