You Won't Believe The Things He Can Do Now!
WHO: Ironfist, Hizashi Yamada
WHERE: Knock Out's lab in Jeopardy
WHEN: Around the same time as Hizashi's network post so...*gestures vaguely at the start of the month*
WHAT: Ironfist has a gear commission!
WARNINGS: None
While the hangar workshop is mostly configured for Cybertronians, Ironfist has seen fit to set up a human-sized work area in his section of the hangar; for his gear-building services, he needs to be the same size as the people he's building for, and that means (for the most part) staying in human form. Having pulled an all-nighter since getting off the journals with Hizashi the day before, Ironfist has been hard at work and so far the prototype based on the designs he was sent is some work he's very proud of. Sonic-based weaponry was unconventional for the most part among the Autobot and Decepticon armies back home, but he'd seen video and data of what 'bots especially skilled in it, like Blaster or Soundwave could do.
As he tinkers with the device, currently collared around the neck of a human dummy Ironfist knows he's exhausted, but he's still riding the creation high, tinkering and fussing over this new design while he waits for Hizashi to arrive. He knows he'll pay for it later, but right now he's wide-awake and alert, ready to get to work. And the sound of footfalls behind him is a good indicator that that time is now.
But a small adjustment error catches his eye before he can turn to greet his customer and so by way of greeting, the portly man Hizashi finds working on his collar amidst the giant-sized work-tables that litter the hangar points to the human-sized table that sits jusy a few feet away and is littered with bits of tech, a mostly-untouched plate of food that has gone quite cold, and a copy of the plans Hizashi had sent ahead. "Ah scrap, it's out of alignment. Hey, pass me the hydrospanner on the table there, would you? It's the grey rod with with the thin top half, I gotta fine-tune this a little." The rod is indeed lying diagonally across the lower right corner of the blueprints.
Those had been a good place for Ironfist to start, certainly.

"This the right thing, man? Had do do some guesswork and process of elimination. This sort of thing isn't in my usual wheelhouse, you dig?" He sounds good humored enough when he says this, his gaze fixed on the support gear that's still being worked on. From what he can see, it's an impressive version of the gear. He's more than a little surprised that with just his own doodles and explanation it could look THIS complete already.

Turning around he applies the hydrospanner to the collar-rig, and gets to work, fiddling with one of the built-in speakers. "...There." He says after a few moments. "That should tighten up the cone of effect." At this point, all that was really left was to test drive it and make any calibrations as needed. But before that, he turns back to Hizashi and extends his hand in greetings.
"Ironfist. Good to meet you in person."
