Age is but a number

WHAT:A birthday boy celebrating alone. Please come make his day more memorable!
WARNINGS:Xue Yang can be a jerk..that's your warning.
Xue Yang has never really celebrated his birthday. When he was young and on the streets, he barely had food so of course there was never the charm of a birthday celebration or a sweet reward for surviving another year. In a way he never even really thought about his birthday much, often not even realizing it was a year older until well past the date. Barely keeping track of how many years had passed.
But on this world, sweets are in abundance and there is no one that can tell him that he isn't allowed to indulge a little. And there is no reason to even tell anyone why he has chosen to buy a cake and eat it. The only tell being that on the top in scrolling letters it does say 'Happy Birthday' because..why not? No one else will know to say the words, so he might as well let the cake do the talking.
He sinks the fork into the delectable treat and takes his first bite, practically melting himself as the sweet flavor hits his tongue.
This is indeed a happy birthday for him.
