It's an inelegant landing: Anathema doesn't quite catch her footing and instead winds up sprawled on the ground, seated with her legs crossed, as casual as if she totally, absolutely meant to be sitting here, craning her head to look up at the other woman. A moment later, she realises she's still hanging onto Sheringham's ankle, and sheepishly lets go.

"Better than you floating endlessly off into the heavens and then, erm, having a violent tumble back down." A beat, as a more horrifying thought occurs to her—

"Unless you were in control the entire time and you didn't actually need any assistance, in which case I just jumped on you for no reason, and I'm deeply sorry."
