Noah casts a longing look over at the concession stand as they park. There's a sign advertising nachos and that sounds good right now, but he's not sure Ronan would let him eat nachos in his car.

"This is so old-timey," he says, turning from the window. "I can't believe this is still a thing." It feels more exciting than a regular trip to the movies somehow, the field full of cars, everyone in their own little space. No one is really sitting out on hoods or in the back of pickups due to the temperature. It would be nice to come back in the summer, probably... Bring some chairs and a cooler. But this is nice too. Cozy and private. He clicks out of his seatbelt and stretches, getting comfy.

"This whole damn world's old-timey," Ronan says. "I'm not even sure this shit ever went outta fashion here."

Judging by the number of cars in the lot even in late winter, drive-in attendance is at least three times as much as at any one he ever went to back home. People here really go out and watch movies in their damn cars.

Personally, Ronan isn't interested in what's on the screen. It's just an excuse to hang out in the BMW even after they've had their fill of driving around. Reclining his seat, he gives his long legs as much room as they can get.

He hums in agreement. The weird mix of technology here kind of got smushed together with all the other new and strange parts of this world he had to adjust to, like being alive again and, uh, superheroes, but every now and then something sticks out and highlights just how different it is on a basic cultural level.

"I guess that means we're doing the cool thing." The normal thing, anyway, for a night out.

Instead of following suit and reclining, he turns sideways and plunks his legs down across Ronan's lap.
