Chance beach meetings between trainers
WHO: Guzma and Mizuki. Well, to start with, their pokemon. Then them.
WHERE: Heropa Beach, a deserted strip of it.
WHEN: Now
WHAT: A chance meeting on a beach thanks to pokemon.
WARNINGS: None... yet?
[Mushu came out to get food, as you do! Cleaning up anything and everything in his quest for food, glorious food along this strip of beach while his human hangs back and enjoys the sunset. She's way back the way he came through, but if he turns, he can just see Mizuki if she stands. See his Safety on this long and deserted stretch of beach. It could be home, but there's no other wimpods.
At least it's sunset, and relatively bird free. Though, that might have to do with a decidueye that's little more than a speck up in the sky. Mushu doesn't really know or care right now. He's on a Food Quest, and that means leaving the beach clean as he scuttles along.
Honestly, all he wanted was food.
He did not expect another human to be around and he knows it's not Mizuki. For one, she's a small tiny. This guy? even from this distance, he's Tall. Mushu stills, turning around on the spot as he looks for the nearest and safest place to hide. Tapu, all he wanted was food and now he's feeling so attacked. You have no idea. NO IDEA!!!
There's a hole over there, but he doesn't trust the human not to try and grab him. There's Mizuki, but she's all the way back there, and he doesn't think he could outrun an adult-
!!!! Holy Tapu. That is a golisopod over there nearish the water.
Enjoy the Timid, shiny wimpod that literally just decided you are Safe, Golisopod. He's also already halfway up you, thank you very much, and muttering about how he doesn't want to be grabbed at (again) because the people of this world have no Respect!]

With a low churring noise to the ears of humans, Golisopod assures the little one that no human will be grabbing him. With a glance Guzma's way, he does notice that his trainer's taken note of what's going on over there. But as the bug expert he is, he waits to see if approaching will be detrimental. Wimpod are flighty at best, a fact Guzma knows all too well. Besides, while the little guy is a shiny, there's certainly something fishy about there being a Wimpod about, and so he's left wondering why.
Golisopod waits till the little guy settles comfortably on him, before he turns to more fully face Guzma. Another low rumbling ramble tells Mushu that the slouchy looking human is his trainer, and that he's certainly one that can be trusted, while likewise asking where he's come from?
After all, this world doesn't have Pokémon...so he'll be looking around to see if he spots any other human that could be Mushu's trainer. Regardless of Golisopod's scanning, Guzma's making a slow approach. His steps are soft, his movement careful, both uncharacteristic of him by most people's judgment of the man, but they simply have not seen him around Wimpod before! He also seems to have a pecha berry, having a few on him for his team, but he's willing to share with a Wimpod.
Popping a squat a good few yards away, he holds the berry out, keeping an eye on Mushu, but otherwise makes no further moves. Just letting the little bug come to him if he so chooses.]

He feels a little be braver as he climbs the rest of the way to perch on top of Golisopod, hooking feet against the armour with a contented churr. He's now on top of the world and it is the best view, and if he looks, he can just make out the top of Mizuki's hair, marking where the child is.
He came from that way. There's a vague antenna point said way. There was no-one around, so his trainer thought it would be ok if he ran the beach for food while she watched the sunset- you have Pecha berries? how? Maybe you can ask Mizuki for poke beans in return? Though there's no rainbow left because certain foxes that shall go unnamed ate them all, Keo!!!
But Mizuki is Safe and while he doesn't really know the other human, he seems to know what he's doing at least, which is more than he can say for a lot of humans. But, then again, if he's in the company of a golisopod... Mushu relaxes a little more, antenna flicking up in timid greeting.
The berry is temptation enough he'll edge his way down and if anything happens there's a golisopod to hide behind- ah screw it. He wants the berry.
Mushu zips down, grabs the berry and skitters back to Golisopod ASAP before politely chowing down with a happy clicking of legs and a smiley face.
Too bad he has a trainer or he'd attach himself to Guzma. This is a very good berry. 100/10 would have again.]

With Mushu's directing, Golisopod looks off in Mizuki's direction, catching sight of her, and idly worrying about the fact she's near by. He knows Guzma's no fan of her, and knows she's an enemy at best. Silently he hopes that she stays over there, and that their time with Mushu goes undisturbed.
Meanwhile, Guzma is patient, as he is with Wimpod nearly exclusively. As the little guy decides whether or not its safe, he remains still. Non-threatening as he can be, being as large as he is. Finally, when Mushu does indeed take the berry, grabbing it quickly, and leaving just as so, Guzma's left with a smirk as he chuckles. There's just something unparalleled about the endearment a Wimpod can inspire.
Slowly Guzma rises to his full height, but makes no move to get closer. Even if Mushu trusted him enough to take the berry, that did not mean he trusted him enough to approach, and so he'll wait—but not without a cursory glance around the beach to see if he can spot—]
...Dammit.
[His entire demeanor changes when he catches sight of Mizuki, that softer expression that's rather foreign to his features twist with his rising temper. Golisopod lets out a mournful noise that translates to the other Pokémon as oh no...
He steps closer to Guzma with almost pleading eyes, but his trainer isn't looking. Merely staring Mizuki down like a Meowth with its hackles raised.]

And he doesn't think he can fight and he certainly doesn't want to. He's... never actually seen a battle outside the brief one to see if his human was a good one, anyway.
Here he is, trying to enjoy his Very Good and Nice Berry and suddenly it's Danger all over the place!! This is bad. Very very bad! Mushu lets out the most pitiful and pathetic noise as he tries to make himself smaller. All he wanted was food!!
Mizuki, for her part, shifts a little under the gaze as she glances around. But, seeing as she's sitting, she doesn't actually see anything, so she looks the other way, towards where the scrub-land is before shrugging uneasily and returning her attention to the setting sun. But now she's obviously on edge and no longer quite enjoying the sunset as much.
That said, Guzma now has the neutral gaze of a decidueye watching him from a slow, languid downward circle. Mizuki might have shit perception, but her eyes in the sky do not.]
