Things in Heropa have, in Lance's opinion, been too quiet. Or, well, as quiet as things can be in this world. The point is, Lance had little to do with his free time, and when Lance had little to do, he got up to things. Mostly for the point of entertaining people.

All of this might explain, then, why people around Heropa--particularly by the boardwalk or the city streets near the beachfront--were likely to see a child's pink electric car being driven by one Paladin of Voltron.

"Get in, we're going shopping." Now if only this little vehicle could actually move with more than one adult on it.

[ It's a nice day out for more skateboard practice, so that is what Catra is doing.

She does stop to do a double take when she sees an adult human driving a dispoportionately tiny pink car. And hey, has she seen that guy before? She's curious enough to roll up beside him. ]

Y'know, I think a bigger car would probably go faster.

[lasersounds]

[Oh hey, a familiar face. One that gets a wide, teasing grin in addition to his response.]

Probably, but it wouldn't be as fun. And besides, the car is part of this whole gig.

[ Catra just eyes him dubiously. ]

What gig?

[lasersounds]

Making our own brand of entertainment. The point isn't to go fast, it's meant to get a laugh.

So...you gunna try and hop on this clown car, or what?

[plentystrong]

[ She stares incredulously. ]

Do you want people to laugh at you?

[ What a weird concept! ]

Luke just... stared, once Lance stopped in front of him. It was a moment before he finally leaned over a little, trying to get a better look at the... "car".

"...how?" he finally asked softly, afraid of the answer.

[lasersounds]

"You know...Didn't think that far." It's said with a snicker, a hint of a grin lingering on his lips.

"Hop on the back or something?"

[faithfulson]

Luke paused, peering over at the back of it.

"Are you sure it's not going to drag on the ground?"

Besides, in order to fit on there comfortably, he'd practically have to be pressed up against Lance's back, and he didn't want to think about how poorly that would go when they hit a bump. He could already imagine the knife being thrown at his head.

[governorkang]

"If this is going to be the new trend in cars, I'm screwed," Kang stares at the vehicle that wouldn't even hold him in his human form.

[lasersounds]

Kang gets a bewildered look from what is practically ground level as Lance stares up at him. Children's cars were not meant for everyone, clearly.

"Good news, it's not the newest trend?"

[governorkang]

"Thank the gods. You never know what ridiculous thing will start trending here." He squats down to get a closer look at the vehicle. "Why are you riding around in it, then? It certainly can't be comfortable for you, either."

[continuousgroaning]

"Uhhhhh..." is Tina's initial response when she sees Lance zooming around in that ridiculous little car. Her next is, "Does... does it grow to fit us?"

[lasersounds]

Tina. Tina Tina Tina. You are just going to get one wide grin and a bit of a laugh in response. "It doesn't. Clown caring it. Do you want to hop on the back?"

[continuousgroaning]

Tina stares back for a moment, then smirks, deciding to play along, and putting one foor in the back seat of the car.

"Sure. Do I need to put on my seatbelt, or are we going to live dangerously today?"

[unglitch]

[ On more lonelier days where Data-Sora has to head home by himself from school, the presence of this adult in an pink electric car is actually welcoming. He tilts his head slightly when Lance stops the vehicle before him. ]

Get in? Uh... but how?

[ So he's a bit of a half-pint and hasn't hit his growth spurt. Still, there doesn't look to be any room for him. ]

[lasersounds]

[Lance shrugs a bit. He honestly wasn't sure if anyone was going to take him up on the offer, let alone take it seriously. He should have thought it through more than he had.]

I figured someone could just hop on the back or something. I don't really have a passenger seat.

[unglitch]

On the back?

[ Staring, he tilts his head to the left and right, trying to figure out how to board. After some thought, he steps up onto the back of the car.

...Sorry, he's going reach over to grab Lance's shoulders like handle bars without warning. He has to hold onto something if they start moving! ]
