WHO: Armitage Hux and Graverobber
WHERE: Hux's office in De Chima
WHEN: evening of Sept 13th
WHAT: emotions dealing, etc
WARNINGS: emotions are the worst
Even after three cups of black coffee, he couldn't focus. He was reading the same line on the email over and over again without anything really sticking. Eventually, he had to close his laptop and give up on trying to get some work done for a bit.
He sent a reminder via text before putting his phone down and standing. Every part of him was stiff after a long day at the office but he wasn't ready to go home just yet. There was still some other business to attend to before he could tackle that last part of the day.
He briefly considered a quick nap but discarded that idea to instead pass the time on checking messages on his phone as he paced. Emails to be responded to later, an invitation from a client to some exclusive party of some sorts...no text messages...no calls...none of that came as a surprise.
He locked his phone as soon as he heard the knock on the door, wasting no time in opening the door to let Graverobber in.
"I believe you have something for me." The business deal was lucrative for them both, and right now it would be useful for Hux given the current state of things.

Then there was the other CEO who just wanted to feel something and has taken up underground boxing and isn't winning. He promised him next Saturday he'd have some good rage to feed him. Enough to last him the night.
At the arranged time he made it to the building, was almost cat out before explaining he had an appointment, and then was let through (the man at the door having a moment's shot of pleasure to add to it all. it was his third shot and Graverobber felt it was worth it).
As the door opened he entered, admiring the office like before. This wasn't his first time inside after all.
"Hey there to you too, Boss~" He hummed, boots stepping heavy as he came in, goth attire still in his comfort zone. The leather backpack strapped to his back, full of emotions tonight. "My Miss CFO Agatha Martinez is a little minx. I've enjoyed having her on my list." he winked at Hux as he wandered in, hands behind his back and looking around.
Oh did you want something? Patience, boss.

"Remember, you have the list because they are my clients. I hope that will not cause any future complications." But he doubted that a CEO would pursue any kind of lasting relationship with someone of Graverobber's status.
"But as long as she keeps paying you, you don't need to tell me the details of your relationship with her," he added as he went to pour himself a drink. He normally didn't indulge so much but it helped him sleep.
"I trust you have what we agreed on?" he said as he made his way over to Graverobber, glass in hand. The last few days had taken their toll on him- his eyes were dark, his skin pale.

"So, no worries about that. She's already hooked on a feeling." He moved to the mans deck, sitting on the side of it and watching the man get himself a drink. Graverobber removed something from his pocket, pressing it into the desk and leaning on it a moment.
"Placing trust in me is a good thing. I always come through." He lifted his hand to display a wad of cash, rolled tight into a round bundle. "I've got appointments with three others tomorrow. Oh and I promised Hiddlstone that I would find him the finest of rage that I could fine. I've pulled some off a drunk Irish man at a pub, but I wonder if I can find something better."
He's made note of the dark eyes and pale skin though. Something was up.

Once he was satisfied it was all there he took a moment to put it in the safe in a cabinet, locking it up just to be certain. Paranoia had served him well in his life, kept him alive.
"I believe I can give you some in this week's donation," he said as he picked up his glass to down the rest of the contents. He knew that using the rage to scratch Kylo's stupid face or sabotage him would be useless gestures. Better that it was used in a more productive, profitable manner.
He sat on the couch, looking at Graverobber. "You can take what you need"

"That list of names has been pretty good so far, and some of them talk to each other. Spreading it via good word. It's nice so far." He said as the other locked the money up.
As the ginger took up his glass again and moved to the couch he raised a bro. "Having a rough time there, boss?" He said, moving to stand and undoing his leather back, moving to drop it carefully to the desk.

"Mm, it's nothing that will prevent me from conduction business as usual. However, Kylo Ren will not be a party to future dealings between us," he said, keeping his voice even.
"You know what you are allowed to take- you are free to take as much as you wish." Because hopefully, after this, he would be able to sleep without feeling anything.

There was a pause as he picked up a empty bottle. A glance to the other. He wasn't talking about what was wrong but that comment about Ren did surprise him. Wasn't he told that he was part of the deal? Interesting indeed. "Anything you say. I'll charge him as I would anyone else."
He walked over with a few bottles and moved to take a seat beside the other. He wanted stronger emotions though. "So what happened? To have him removed from the deal?" Yep, he was poking a bit.
no subject
Hux frowned as he looked at Graverobber. "Circumstances change. This time, they changed in a way that makes it no longer in my best interest to fund him or do anything for him," he said, his emotions spiking despite his relatively calm tone. He wanted to make Ren suffer, wanted to make him just as unhappy as he was at the moment.
If he couldn't cause Ren pain directly than he would do what he could indirectly.

"So what happened though. He cheat on you? Call you crazy or something? Come on man, spill some details. Talk about it." He was clearly poking now, looking to see how upset this too in control man could get.
no subject
"I don't know what happened," he admitted after a moment, lips set in a thin line. And honestly, he didn't. The change had been jarring, suddenly a complete turnaround. The air was warmer now and he was struggling to keep himself in control still. "It's of no concern now, it seems."
no subject
"He's cheating." he said flatly. "Or maybe he got bored. Really pisses you off, doesn't it? Seems like a concern you should consider though. Keep it from happening again, no?" He let the empty vial roll over the backs of his fingers, leaning back a bit at the heat. Just a bit more. "Lousy bum."
no subject
But the other man had a point- maybe that was it. He should have seen it coming and not had gotten involved as he had allowed himself to get. It was such a foolish decision. The air was hotter now as if it was radiating from Hux's body.
"He most likely sought out others after he left. I suppose it's not my concern now, is it? He's someone else's issue now."
no subject
"Come on, Hux. Tell me how you really feel about it. Get mad. Get angry. Lash out if you feel like it. Stop being a self centered control freak. You just got dumped. How's that really make you feel?"
no subject
That had been expensive...he would have to replace it later.
no subject
"Alright. That's what I was looking for." He said, moving to kneel closer. "Just give me a moment and you can rest." He said, raising a hand towards the other. He drew it back a moment after, wagging it. "Hot." Before he reached in again and twisted his hand, drawing it back and...
a red strand of liquidy red sparkling smoke came pulling out, balling up near his hand. He drew, and drew, and kept pulling, filling not only one bottle, but two, and still pulling a bit more. The more he pulled the less the other would feel. "I know someone who's going to pay well for this."
no subject
"At least all these emotions will be going towards a more productive, profitable use," he said, glancing up as he watched the red strands being pulled out. He would be able to focus on what had to be done better without that rage distracting him.
