WHERE: Maurtia Falls to start with, but essentially anywhere!
WHEN: Backdated to July 10-16
WHAT: Jess wakes up, several years younger and (surprisingly) less of an asshole than before.
WARNINGS: Nothing yet, but potential references to alcoholism, violence, and/or sex. Will update with more if necessary.

[ jessica jones doesn't remember much. she knows that she's been trapped in some bizarre universe, that she's been away from her own world for a significant period of time. however, the edges of her recollection are blurred, with one important exception.

she remembers her favorite bar. later, she plans to explore beyond this place, outside the edges of maurtia falls. however, more than anywhere else, a familiar establishment that serves plenty of hard liquor calls out her name. jess sits down, her hair noticeably shorter and her face visibly younger. it's not a momentous difference, yet it's significant all the same.

pressing her lips together, she orders a shot of whiskey, as her gaze drifts around the room. she's not expecting to run into company tonight, but she's not about to turn that down either — if the opportunity arises. ]
