[ Mick was on the couch, a romance novel in his lap that he was ignoring. Instead he browsed the Network on his phone. He wasn't a religious follower of the Network, but he did like to check it regularly for any new posts and people he could talk to.

He leans back. ]

I'd should post something but I dunno what.

[ He's mostly talking to himself, but, you know, if someone were to answer that'd also be fine. ]

[Leonard's been sitting on the kitchen counter with a leg across his thigh, reading in a book. Not a romance novel, that's not something he does unless it's out loud to Mick's (and his own, honestly) entertainment. When Mick speaks, he looks up, then down again to note what page he's on before closing the book.

He slides off the counter and saunters over to the couch, leaving the book behind. Instead he rests his hand on the couch behind Mick and looks over his shoulder at his phone.]

Then why d'you wanna post? That starved for attention?

[The teasing tone is gentle and Leonard moves one hand, fingers running along Mick's shoulder and one even dipping past his collar, brushing bare skin.]

[ Mick grins up at him, lifting a hand to move to grasp Len's hand. ]

Maybe. Maybe I just like talking to people.

[ His mouth twists. ]

I mean, not that you're not people.

[catchacold]

At least I try to fake it.

[He lets Mick hold his hand and leans down to brush his lips against his for a moment, then he moves his head, nodding at the phone.]

Who you wanna talk to?

[pyrogue]

I dunno, anybody. But there's some people you never seem to run into outside the Network, y'know? Like that one fanboy... the funny one?

Shit, I can't remember his name -- [ He goes scrolling through old posts looking for it. ]
