So...how did you deal with it?

Each day at a time. Sometimes my legs would hurt worse than my shoulders. Sometimes my arms worse than my feet. Different stretches and exercises helped with managing it though.

Sure thing. I'll group them by body part. Thighs, calves, ankles, then upper back, shoulders, biceps, and so on.

Nothing yet, but I'm fif...almost sixteen now. Something's got to happen soon, right?

Mmm, probably. My first growth spurt started at seventeen, right after I won gold at the Europe Championship. Worlds was difficult that year.

Ugh, I don't even want to think about it starting in the middle of competition season.
