Goodness no, or I wouldn't be working for Armstrong. I think that there are some effective leaders among us, but most imPorts aren't interested in organizing or following- either because they don't share goals with other imPorts, or because they're content with the current state of affairs.

And a leader without followers is just someone giving speeches to an empty room.
