WHAT: Mikleo goes back home briefly and upon his return, Sorey does his best to help explain things.
WARNINGS: Zestiria spoilers likely. If anyone has yet to finish the game.



[Of course, initially, Sorey had been worried. But Nike and others had reassured him this happened before, to Mikleo. To himself. And others. That Mikleo could well be back the next day even. So he does his best to keep his chin up when he searches and can't find the water seraph. It's said next day that he's out and about, pausing in checking his phone when he glimpses a familiar figure, barely stammering apologies as he brushes past the general crowd to get closer.]

Mikleo? Mikleo!

[It barely even registers that he's...younger. Back to the Mikleo Sorey remembers last seeing back home. Because that doesn't seem important. Just that he's back. That's what matters. And is what Sorey clings to as he all but stumbles in his haste to chase after the other.]

Mikleo has one too, but it's... a little strange to him. ]

I have one of those too, but... what are they, exactly? Though, if we were here before, then I wonder if these are our previous devices from back then.

I'm not sure if they're the same ones we would have had before. But they're phones. They let us talk to people who might be farther away. Like, if I was here and you were at the library or something. We could use these to still talk to each other. It's pretty amazing, really!

Interesting - or amazing, rather. This definitely isn't anything we'd see in Glenwood. Technically, it's a little like we wouldn't be apart.

Right? It's pretty impressive! Not that we're usually apart much but this is still really useful. You can talk to lots of people at once if you want too. Even with being in different cities.

[There's a lot to explain, but at the least, most of the basics would have been gone over at least. So Sorey's just figuring this as a start and seeing where it might go from there anyway. However he can help ease Mikleo into this, this strange new place.]

We'll have to give a try, but... For right now, it's likely better that we stay together.

[ Just... because it's a completely different world and all and they're both settling in. Though technically, Sorey's been here for longer than Mikleo has. ... With no memory of this place and all. ]
