Hermann cringed. It was all awful to think about. He pulled the car up to the curb of the cafe and parked.
"I absolutely refuse. We'll just find
day jobs
to supplement our research if we need to. Teaching or some such. I'm sure we could find somewhere.."
Unbuckling his seat belt, Hermann made to get out of the car. "But first I'll speak with Dr. Xavier on the matter."
