[Kel wasn't exactly WITH the party. She was just enjoying the last of the good weather with ChubRub, since he loves the beach so much. Dressed for the day she spots some familiar Network faces and wanders over to let ChubRub make friends.
Mostly she can be found around the rest area while her dog flops in the sand and pants happily, but she'll probably swing by the home tent to snag some lunch meat for him....ChubRub will beg for anyone's food regardless of how much she looks after him.
Elsewise, she can be found at the edge of the surf throwing a ball or Frisbee into the water for Chub to launch himself after. Anyone approaching to squeal over the dog is welcome.]
