WHEN: June 30, Evening
WHAT: Tetsuo dives into Euphie's hidden memories to find answers.
WARNINGS: Mental probing, discussion of murder, mind control, and genocide.
She'd put this off long enough.
Gregor's contact Aral could nullify her powers. Tetsuo could look into her mind. Kaneda, well, he could rein in Tetsuo.
She could finally get answers about what had caused her rampage six months ago. She could finally know for sure why she'd done it, assuming it had been something done to her brain. Tetsuo was powerful enough to recognize that sort of thing.
She wasn't sure she wanted to know, but the uncertainty was killing her.
"As soon as I ingest this powder, I'll fall unconscious," she explained to the group in front of her. "This way, when Lord Aral nullifies my powers, there's no risk that... anything like the other month will happen again. Then, Tetsuo, you can look to see if anything seems amiss."
"Is that fair?" She tried to sound confident. She sort of succeeded.
