OPEN i don't have cool titles
WHO: wendy and you!
WHERE: lucky cat cafe, various places
WHEN: today and this month!
WHAT: wendy is showing off her new job skills (doubling as a catch all for this month)
WARNINGS: LUMBERJACK SHIT and other things
a: video
(when wendy turns on the device, she's in a place differing from her norms. it's not her room or the outdoors, it's the lucky cat cafe, her recent place of employment. she greets the camera with a big smile and points back to the open cafe behind her with her thumb.) Hey guys! My name's Wendy, I just started working at the Lucky Cat Cafe. Since it's summer now, we've got some new specials out to beat the heat. Presenting!
(she moves the camera down to show two beautiful bowls of shaved ice, one green and one red. the crisscross drizzle pattern of brown and white overlap perfectly to make it look like a plaid pattern.) It's Lumberjack Shaved Ice! It comes in strawberry and melon flavors, and there's chocolate and condensed milk on the top to make it look plaid, the best color ever. C'mon over and get one!
b: action; lucky cat cafe
(feel free to drop by the cafe any time after wendy makes her announcement. she's been working tirelessly to make new chocolate designs, many thanks to aunt cass' great teaching. since they aren't that great yet, wendy lets people sample them or take them a low price if they really want to buy more. they come in, though some more misshapen than others, axes, pine trees, and shooting stars.
if you happen to catch her making shaved ice instead, you'll notice she's been making them with startling precision. if there's one thing she knows by this point in her life, it's how to make a plaid pattern, even with her eyes closed. and sometimes, she does glance away to grab something, but even then, her arms move in the usual fashion and make the frosty treat as well as if she'd been staring at it.
she's not overly chatty by any means, but wendy's not so focused that she can't strike up a conversation with anyone who's got questions or a friend who's got some spare time to talk.)
c: pet shop; nonah
(if you happen to run into wendy when she's not at work, chances are she's been checking out a few pet shops around nonah. while most people would look at something like a kitten or a bunny or a hamster, wendy is look at the more... interesting animals.
namely reptiles. she's particularly enthralled by a few large snakes and a komodo dragon, things along those lines. everyone around her is getting or has had pets for a while, but wendy? well, it's high time she got one for herself, isn't it? she can't help but chuckle excitedly as the snake moves around in its cage, opening its mouth at her every now and then as she watches it move.) Dude, this is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. And I'd get to feed it mice.
e: wildcard!
(make up your own scenario if you'd like, or hit me up if you have something specific you'd like to play out with wendy! can be contacted at
